I was visiting Boston on a work trip and was dining at the Night Shift Brewery next to the Converse Lovejoy Wharf store, June 5, 2026. I happened to be wearing my Chuck Taylors that day and was interested in purchasing another pair. I spotted 2 colors that I wanted and was going to purchase both. Not one salesman acknowledged me. I was standing there for quite a while waiting for someone to say something. They waited on everyone else. When one salesman was finished with his customers, he went by the register and never looked my way. I was completely ignored.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and training for your salespersons to be more attentive to customers that walk in the store. They lost a sale that day.
