If customers cancel within 6 months you have to pay money BACK! I worked there for over 3 years and was #1 for 2+ years. My doctor recommended me to go back on reduced shifts after a serious car accident. I was told I would be transferred to another department (making less money). When I complained and voiced my knowledge that it was illegal, I was moved to another team, written up four times in one day for nonsense. In my entire time of employment (over three years) I had NO written violations prior. In 2009 we had over 200 employees. When I left, there were 64. Tenured agents are going to work for the competition. ATT IS THREATENING TO PULL THEIR CONTRACT. You are wasting your time on a dead end job that will make you miserable in the end.
