On July 11th, we were in the process of checking out of a hotel. As the valet brought our car, we noticed that the passenger side window was down. This normally wouldn't have been a problem, but that morning there had been heavy rainfall in the area. When we opened the door, we immediately saw that the car floor was covered in water. The entire passenger seat was soaked, and there were water stains on the door itself. The hotel staff were quick to respond and provided towels to dry off the vehicle. They were apologetic and started the process of reporting the situation so that we could submit a claim to the insurance company for the damages.
However, the issue lies with the insurance company. They sent us a document stating that it would take approximately 3 business days to investigate the claim. It has been almost a month now, and we still haven't received a response from them. We had to pay for the repairs out of our own pocket, and despite continuously requesting a call back or a resolution, we have not received either. The lack of responsiveness, their cavalier attitude towards our needs, and the delay in processing our claim is completely unacceptable.

Date - June 16, 2022 This company is a scam. I recently stayed at the undisclosed hotel in Washington DC. I used the Towne Park Valet service and the next day when I went to pick up my Honda Van, I noticed a significant dent in the back of the vehicle. It appeared to be caused by improper parking or backing up. I immediately took photos and reported the incident before leaving the premises. I submitted an incident report along with a witness statement. Later that day, the manager Mazin *** completed a claim report acknowledging that the dent occurred while the vehicle was under their valet service. He gave me a copy of the report and assured me that he would forward it to the claims department. However, a few days later, I received an email from the claims department stating that they are not liable and that there is insufficient evidence to prove that the damage was caused by their valet driver. It is evident that the manager Mazin *** submitted a false report instead of the incident report that he signed and provided to me. I strongly advise caution when dealing with Towne Park Valet Services. This company operates unethically, and its employees exemplify the overall corrupt and deceitful culture.
