People do not go with this consumer credit union.. They have no way to help you once the loan is done.. You can't refinance later with them.. They have a higher finance rate... (my score was not bad..) so I tell them to stop my next payment or delay it.. Because im going with my own bank to finance.. My bank will save me from a whole year worth of payments... Cheaper % and lowered it by $40.00 a month... These people did nothing to help in any way..
Not a good company... Check your options somewhere else..

Recommendation: DO NOT USE CONSUMER CREDIT UNION. no help. & can't change anything to help.

Clearly Consumers Credit Union has no clue on how to serve their clients. Better still, how about switching your refinanced loan to your current bank – it’s less of a hassle and makes economic sense. Now tell other people what their high rates and no-flexibility policy is like, but don’t spend the rest of your life with those banks. Go with the ones that actually cooperate with their clientele, not the other way around.
