Comx Computers — After sales support/ Customer service
In February I spent about 70k in computer equipment from Comx which included a 22U Server Cabinet. This came in side-panels, fan, door, handle/lock, 1 Allen-key, and 4 packs of over 100 differ sized bolts and nuts, and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
As DIY wannabe, I tried to figure it out to no vail, and believing this to be an oversight on ComX side I sent them an email requesting these instructions, UP TO DATE, FRUSTRATINGLY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVER ANY RESPONSE!
Their website have no telephone line.
They advertised warranties on their products, which they say are covered by the manufacturer, but the server cabinet I receiver was obviously some generic product with no manufacturer details on the packaging, -so NO CONTACT DETAILS, AGAIN! So, if I had a warranty issue who would I contact?
The server was listed on their website as:-

This is certainly in violation of the South African consumer protection act, and tarnishes their excellent product listing if it can not be backed by a tangible support and dispute resolution system.
