I ordered 23+ dollars worth of food with my family
as I was eating, I realized I was chewing on something
hard. I pulled it out of my mouth, it was a had piece of plastic,
Informed the cashier - they stated it was a piece of the packaging
and refunded me the 8+ dollars for the salad it was in.
The manager or no one came up to ask or anything and I felt
the full amount should have been refunded or something different offered
It messed up my lunch and I left out still hunger.

Tonight I went to restaurant 07-26-18, as I pulled up a male employee approached my car so I let down my window and I was told the car ahead of me was the last order they were taking. I told him I thought they closed at 10:30 and it was only 10:03. The employee told me the DM said they were closing early because they were running out of ingredients, they did not even have ingredients to make salads. If this is true it is super poor planning.

My name is Hailey Sheridan, and I am a (former) employee of Zaxbys in Palatka fl as of today, July 26, 2018. I have been an employee at this zaxbys for almost 2 years. For the past couple of weeks I have had some health issues. As this is going on, I have had several coworkers discussing my personal health issues among each other while im there and especially while im not. I have went to 6 different managers and stressed to them about how unprofessional this is and how I do not appreciate them talking about my personal issues. My General Manager, Brett Jones, specifically told me " its not fair, and he will handle it". I thought I could come to work, in a professional enviorment but I was wrong. Once again, today, it turns out that Again, my ex-coworkers are discussing my health, and calling it as an "excuse" to not work. I would love to come to a job and not have to worry about my private issues being discussed among my coworkers, in front of my managers and absolutely nothing being done about it. As a result, I quit. I really did not want to but I felt forced into this decision and I also felt as if I was being bullied. As I said, I stressed my concern to almost every manager, and nothing has been done as it still continues to happen. I think that the employees as well as the managers at this zaxbys is very unprofessional and needs to be seriously dealt with. Some of the names (that I know of so far) whom has been apart of this harassment is: Tim, Jocelyn, Heidi, and probably several others. slow time no manager to be found
Usually Zaxbys is a very fast and easy place to get food, tonight that experience was not that. The line too almost 30 min to get food and when we finally got up to the window we had to wait another 5 min for our food. Food takes time to make but your employees should not be dancing, hooping, and yelling around in the front of the house. No manager seemed to be around and I was very dissapointed in the Dawsonville GA Zaxbys.

My husband & i had the chicken finger platter & fries were cold so i told them & they made us give the fries back so after a few minutes they brought us hot fries to our table but they were brown & obviously the same fries we complained about but refried! It was disgusting & i cant believe they did that! They were brown & greasy! I would like for this to be addressed!

Talking through speakers can really be irritating on both size. Neither can under stand and I feel because they do not understand, you the customer is penalize.
I Ordered a 10 piece traditional wings. The gave me 15 of all over cook, probably twice over cook. French frys over over cook. I live 10 miles from Zaxbys. I general go by Zaxbys 2 or 3 times a week this is the 3rd time I am unsatisfied. the 1st time I took the food back because it did not have ny dressing for my salad nor Dipping sauce for my chicken.

I began working at the Zaxby's in Tucker, GA about two months ago. I received praise from management regarding my after hours clean up procedures on several occasions. I picked up extra shifts on my days off to assist with scheduling. However I was constantly harassed by the General Manager Eddy Bradshaw, who from my understanding is a registered sex offender. From the beginning he was always approaching me asking why I don't speak to him. I am a minor and Eddy is a grown man, what do we need to discuss besides my job duties? He then began to demand I had an attitude because I did not speak to him. Truth be told, he made me feel uncomfortable. I was always on time to work and prepared to do my job. I never called out, nor did I have issues with anyone else in the store. I even looked the other way when my iPhone X was stolen by a co-worker from the ladies room. I say all this to say, as a teenager on my first job ever, I was hoping for a better experience. I planned on working there all the way through high school. It was my first taste of making my own money, budgeting a bank account, and the first bit of financial freedom. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I will be taking this further. #METOO

Am denise wilcox and i work at Zaxby's in Chamblee tucker and am a very good worker. But am 32 and just lost everything but i been haveing problems with mr dave. And today he got in my face and said hell slap me dis and that calling me a dump motherfucker and a [censored] and if they look at the carma he came all the way out the kitchen and got in my face why i was working am not the first and the gm was outside on phone but it was three other peoples their and it was around 11 going on 12 when it happin so after i left i tryed to tell the gm about what dave call me but he told me not to text his phone with that none since so i have to work with a man whos threating me thats not good cause i have to work with him i dont feel safe working their no more i have not quick yet cause i have aolt going on rite now but someone needs to do something about him am not the only person face he had jump in as a woman something needs to be done cause they dont pay me enough to take a man telling me hes going to hit me so i will be at work tomorrow waiting for mr .T.J i heard he was comeing tomorrow.something has to be done.

They wrongfully accused me of stuff I didn't say and fired me for no reason at all.The mangers there show favorites to people they like most and treat others like crap the mangers I'm referring to is the general manager and the assistant managers I feel like I have to take it to court for a wrongfull termination.I will be very glad to hear back from you as soon as possible to settle it without court and lawyers

I heard a manager tell an employee she was going to decapitate him if he did something else wrong again. This seemed scary to me as I have never heard a person in authority say this. The employee was only 16 years of age so this must have been fearful for him. Coming from his manager. The managers name was Erin. This was at zaxbys off of coming high way.
my food and clothing
I came to the Zaxby's on 2298 S. Irby st Florence, sc 29505, I ORDERED MY FOOD GOT My drinking cup, went to make my drink the drink machine went and shot all over my new shirt my bread on the nibblers wasn't even done. I called into the branch to let them know what was going on, all they can do is replace my meal. but the bad thing about that is for one im at work and can't leave, so i have to go all day without food. secondly i work in the front office at my job, so the way i look is a must. and now my shirt looks like i been cut or something, my shirt looks like bleeding from the red drink i attempted to get out the machine. yes they fixed the machine, but me a several of my co-works had to wait 20 min on the machine before we were able to get drink. I think this problem could've be resolved if the employers where doing their jobs. before you get the lunch crowd you should make sure the drink machine is fun and ready to go. most people like me don't have long brakes, so this is a set back for some of us.

you salads
Less chicken less salad more $...11.00 for a salad? I used to be able to share my salad with my friend at work. Its getting to the point where I don't even want to purchase a salad... They are too expensive! You cant feed a family with the prices you charge... I used to love your establishment it has gone downhill by far... Cold wings, overpriced salads, where is the chicken? Better yet where is the customer service? I can go to zacadoo's and get a huge salad with much more extras for 7.00 and that is where I started to go. Very upsetting... You act as if your serving organic chicken when you are not...
unethical work expectation
keeping minors till 2.3.4 in the morning witch is around 5 hrs after the store closed to clean the kitchen.not letting them use there phone to check in with parents, not answering the store phone when parents call to check on there kids, im hopping this is not the practice of zaxbys and just a failure of manger in charge.sounds like to me you need a night porter of an adult age and maybe not the minors you are trying to get it done with.what happens when school starts, I sat there at the store with another parent till 2 in the morning when the kids were finally done coming out to the cars (3 of them)not one manager checked to make sure no one got mugged.now im writing this letter and its 3:40 am my child {17} is still not home, havent talked to her sense 12:00 am.not sure this job is for my child or any bodys child.i hope this is not the message you are trying to send.i will be putting this on social media to see the response of the public and/or the parents.i hope you get it fixed fast.

05/22/2018 arrived at ten minutes till 10.00 pm.there was a white charger ahead of me their order was taken at drive thru. I pulled up to place my order and the order menu board was still light up. I waited there and no one took my order after three minutes of waiting I pulled up in line and waited till car ahead of me left. I then let the person at window know how long I waited to place my order and how while we my girlfriend called inside from her cell phone and the person she talked to was not listening to her because the manager, makesha, told her to just hang up the phone. She went on to tell me they were closed. I explained to her that if the lights had been off and it was exactly 10.00pm.iwould have understood but like I said it was as if they were waiting for 10.00 pm and were intentionally trying not to take my order. The manager was rude and not caring about the customer being satisfied at all.ZAXBY'S is one of my favorite restaurants and this experience has left me upset! we left as I said upset. poor customer service
My wife and I visited the Zaxby's located at 2035 N. 109th St Kansas City, Kansas 66109 this evening and were very disappointed in the customer service there. To be fair I have visited this location which is close to my home several times since they opened and was always impressed with the service, food and politeness of the staff. But this evening was just the opposite of what we have experienced in the past.
When we walked in there were very few customers seated and only two cars in the drive thru when we entered the restaurant. We entered this establishment at around 9 p.m. this evening May, 8th, 2018.
No one was at the counter to take order. One woman, a young plump black woman who looked at us repeatedly and never notified anyone that there were customers up front was filling orders at the drive thru window.
There was a young black man who seemed to be a cook that looked up front several times and saw us standing there waiting to place an order and he never summoned anyone to the front counter either.
After several minutes two young men walked in and after a couple of minutes asked us if anyone had taken our order and how long had we been waiting?
After what seemed like around 5 minutes had passed I leaned over the counter and asked in a loud voice, "Is there anyone to take our order up front here?"
After a minute an older white woman wearing her hair up and chewing gum with her mouth open finally came to the front counter with a disgusted look on her face as if I had interrupted her break and asked if she could take our order?
Already disappointed with the service I told her, ' No thanks, I'll take our business elsewhere', and left.
If interested you can check your surveillance cameras to verify my complaint. As I said, my wife and I entered at about 9 p.m. and I am wearing beige shorts, sandals and a blue t-shirt and beige baseball cap.
I'm not sure why we experienced such a drastic change in service at this location this evening. Maybe it was because of the staff or poor management, I don't know. What I do know is is that I won't be visiting this Zaxby's again anytime soon and I'll be telling my coworkers, friends and family members to spend their hard earned money some where's else.
servicing the ice and drink machines
Arrived at Zaxby's, 4385 Rangeline Rd, Mobile AL, 36619, at 2:02 pm, on May 8, 2018. We ordered two 4 finger meal plates. When we went to get our drinks, there was no ice in any machine and no Minute Maid products (sparkling water or lemonade.) The lack of servicing these machines is what made us stop patronizing this location last year. Our mistake for visiting.
service from the manager was awful.
One of the managers was rude and very disrespectful. I was trying to give the cashier my orders and the manager that was working the front yesterday was being very rude. The cashier's were trying to take orders and take care of the customers while the manager kept yelling at them. I let that manager know I was trying to order my food. Managers are there to help there employees, not just tell them what to do.

Today I came into Zaxbys to order The Night shift was very rude they did my order wrong and when I talked with the manager Mrs. Jan she was very loud and defiant with me when I just wanted the order redid the way I wanted it. Never again will I go to that Zaxbys on Morrow Road. I wish it was someone I can talk to because it's more to it they can't even talk to they employees the right way a person made one mistake and they was talking to the employee any type of way and that's not right at all.

My family and I went to the Zaxby's restaurant in Thomson, Ga for dine in and it was a horrible experience I heard the cooks scream for help several times there was at least 3 managers there I assume they were managers cause of the difference in uniform there was one manager up front white lady who was doing her best to help out up front and back there was a young lady in the back who was doing her best to get the orders filled and out I heard her scream for help several times and there was two young men on the other side yelling orders and for help while one manager sat out in the lobby and the other outside on her phone I have never seen nothing like that but I must say the cooks did an excellent job preparing and fulfilling the orders especially the young lady in back who was preparing the food and young man who had his hair braided but overall I think the managers should be properly trained especially the one that was sitting in the lobby on her phone
