Zaxby's

I bought a salad at Zaxby’s Sunday Dec 2, 2003 and was extremely disappointed in the quality control. I have attached pictures of some of the lettuce on my salad. There was a time Zaxby’s had the best and freshest salad you could buy. My salad was missing ingredients and had some rotten lettuce in it. I documented five or six rotten pieces in it. I ate the part of it but felt like I had to check out the bites before I ate it. Not really a pleasing meal. Come on Zaxby’s, you can do better.
