Zara.com / I complain about product diffact and bad service
I bought a trouser before 2 months when I were it first time I notice there's a diffact with that fabric I bring it to Zara shop the shift manager advice me to wish it first then I have to see, I do but nothing changes, I back to shop it was another manager there his name Osama I explain the case for him and ask me for the bill I told him I didn't have it and already I inform the previous manager about it, he showing uncaring about what I said and ignore.
In the end I had same problem last year with kids suction they didn't ask for anything and they chang it directly.
