I bought a dress that never arrived.
I don't know how to contact their customer service. They have no phone number, however, they mentioned an email on their website. Unfortunately, it's useless because no one replies. Maybe they are too busy, maybe this department simply doesn't exist. I think, that I will open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
Bad company, they took my money and didn't deliver my order!
I want to know where my order is and I need help. It seems like YoyoMelody is just a scam and they are not to be trusted. It is now over two months since I made my order and still no sign of it. I don't have a tracking number and have no idea was my order even shipped! I'm new to online shopping and this was my second experience and after what had happened I'm afraid to buy anything online. I lost my money because of this terrible store and according to all the reviews I saw there is no way to contact them and get a refund. Horrible!

YoyoMelody is nothing but scam!
My order (shirt) never showed up and I even paid some extra delivery fee to get it! I emailed YoyoMelody many times asking about my order but they never ever replied. I placed my order three months ago and there was no information and not a single reply!
They took my money very quickly and that was the end.
Their live chat is also useless no one replies there either.
I recommend to stay far away from this place! I hope I'll get my money back somehow.

About two months ago I have purchased a prom dress from YoyoMelody and when I ordered I had no idea it would take so long to receive the dress! Their delivery service is extremely slow! Contacted YoyoMelody to find out why was it taking so long and they said that my dress was not in stock and they were waiting for it! I can't understand why they took my money if they knew that the dress was not available! They said that they don't do refunds and offered me to pick another dress. I did as they said and paid extra $10 for the new one and they said that it will be here in a few weeks. Recently contacted them again and they said that the second dress was also no longer in stock! Are you kidding me? Demanded my money back and they said no! I have told them over and over that I don't want anything else and that I want a refund. And now they are ignoring me!
