First off, I ordered a sari to wear at a wedding, with gems on it, I received the item (a couple of days before the wedding - not their fault) but gems were falling off of it! As I took the sari out the package more & more gems were falling off. Immediately I e-mailed them about it b/c as per their website you only have 24 hrs from rcving a package to report damages on their part. I told them I have pictures of the damage to show them. They asked for the pictures & I sent them to them. They replied to me please go to the tailor & fix it on your end & we will pay for the costs. No way! I am a full-time working medical student whom is not home during day time hours to get this done. Not to mention, I have to spend my time & gas and go repair it. I said no, then after they were taking several days to reply, worried I called their US #. I spoke to someone who sounded like they were answering from their home. I told her the situation & she said she'll e-mail me where to return it.

So, I eventually returned it, BUT I had to pay the return shipping of USD $52.00 and then when my package got to India they rejected the package because they would not pay the duties and taxes. So they agreed they will pay duties & taxes & deduct it from my credit. Which ended up being over $80.00 USD. So after I paid over apporx. $132.00 USD to return the $207.00 purchase > my money back was not even worth it!

When I asked them to show me the Fed Ex bill of the duties & taxes they paid (so I can see if they credited me appropriately), they said they can't and now are avoiding my e-mails.

This company/website needs to be reported for scam!
