Yellow Cab rude threatening behavior, refusals

hi my name is rebecca it has been 4 sunday ago at 6 in the morning a cab scheduled to pick me up refused to turn his meter on telling you know what you pay and telling me i aint gonna come pick you up again and repeatedly talked down to me as he was takeing me to work i did'nt even feel safe however it was a short trip and that is why he treated me with the utmost disrespect.they all do, and i called to file another complaint but they either want answer the phone and want call me back or their mail box is full.i don't drive nor does my husband he is under a doctors care and with me haveing to be a work early in the mornings it is just not safe for me to walk.and i know my rights i have the right to use their service just the same as someone spending 80 or90 dollars.this past thursday i also had a cab ordered three days in advance prior to thursday and they kept calling me teling me they did'nt know about picking me up i had to threatened to contact a lawyers office the guy that finally showed up on thiss heavily raining morning had his girlfriend in the car with him.the cab driver said i don't know why you have'nt been already picked up yet you were a 6 0'clock pick up, i replied yes i know that.the cab drivers once again sat around and was not going to take my order.i understand they can take bids or pick and choose their trips but at the same time if dispatch see's that noone has answered the orderby at least 10 to 15 minutes before pick up time the dispatcher has a duty to assign who ever is busy to that pick upespecially when this order was put in three days ahead of time, i relly would like to see someone take some innitiative and do something about the way these cab drivers act, and it also involves the managers and dispatchers as well, i deal with the public every day i am a assistant manager my employess that work for me as well as any where else will act and do what ever they are allowed to do if they are not repremanded or disciplined.we all have a job to do if you don't like dealing in customer service then basically you don't need a job dealing with the public.

One of your drivers came up behind me this morning and flashed his high beams at me. He's was right on my ###. I think he thought I pulled out in front of him. But he was 700 feet up the road from my development and clearly driving way over the posted 45 m.p.h. speed limit. He pulled by me at over 60.m.ph. in a huff. His license plate is DDP 9921 or 9929, can't remember which. This was this morning around 6:30. Talk to him. He needs to cool off.

I had a rude driver, of course, a yellow cab driver. This obnoxious foreign cabbie had the audacity to question my American rights, that is, the freedom to call to different cabbies and the right to chose. The cabbie became angry at me and my mother because he pulled up and I jumped into another cabbie that I had called, hell, so what! It was NEW YEARS EVE! They took forever, so I used my rights as an american and called someone else who happened to come faster than yellow cab. The yellow cabbie yelled at me and my mother he said, "don't ever call two companies again, this is ### and he called us the "N" word." IMAGINE THAT!
To add insult to injury, the assistant to the manager of the yellow cabbies was even more ignorant than the cabbie. After having to endure such an unpleasant night, then again having to verbalize a painful night of memories to an indiot-Wow! So, I asked that my next right with yellow cab be complimentary due to the above event and because I am a continuous customer; do you know that the assistant idiot had the empty courage to tell me that she didn't know if her "boss" would approve my request because I did call two cabs. Suddenly, the cabbie's rude behavior became my fault (I called two cabs), I was an unappreciated and undervalued customer: more importantly, I was treated horribly and the higher authorities of yellow cab did not care.

i had a similar experience today. My driver talked down to me - as if it was my fault that i was traveling a short distance. He started talking about his bills, his costs etc etc. He was very rude, very loud. I didn't hold back either. It was a short but stressful ride.

Yellow Cab driver charged excessive fare

Driver charged $15.00 and change for ride from Disneyland Paradise Pier Hotel to Anaheim Train Station. The meter (which was running when he picked us up and rolled over to next price before we left the entryway) said the fare was $14.00 and the ride in the other direction to the Hotel from the train station was $10.00.

His registration number is 2689. It was a Yellow Cab and the time was around 3:00 p.m. The supervisor when called said the price was variable and he would talk to the driver.

Yellow Cab worst cab service

This is the worst cab service but unfortunately this is the only cab service around my area. I wish there was another one; I would never use Yellow Cab. They are really not bothered about their customers. They take their own time. Once I had gone grocery shopping and I called Yellow cab they told me to wait for 5 minutes I waited and no one came. I called again and this time they asked me to wait for ten minutes. Finally they came I asked the cab driver what took him so long he just ignored. I got in and asked him something he did not answer and did not even look back. He was very rude. I wish there was another cab service in my area I would have never used Yellow Cab services.

Yellow Cab terrible phone service

My husband works for Advanced Beverage Co. and they pay for him to get free taxi cab rides if he ever needs one to be safe. On Saturday the 21st, at 1:00 am we called Yellow cab to get a taxi. We waited, and waited and then finally I called back 30 minutes later to see the status. She told me it would be about 15 minutes so we continued to wait. 15 minutes later I called back to see what was going on. By now we had been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was very upset. I tried to call a different taxi company but yellow cab is the only ones that services Advance Beverage. I finally called back very upset and she kept hanging up on me. I finally got her name and her supervisors name, which is Vicki and supervisor Tony. She would not let me speak to a supervisor and she never sent a cab for us. I can not believe how disrespectful she was and how a cab never came.

I went from 6-8george Street to Coburg motor inn and I came home I taxi card and the driver ask me me full fare I like half my money 🔙

Cancelled again. More than 5 times cancelled by customer service. Please reimburse for Dr. PY Sun's time. Otherwise, besides negociated penalty, will complain with superior of yellow cab.

Filing a formal complaint about Yallcab Sa Operator 914. Conduction of operation caused many issues within my community. At first vechile operation was speratic which inturn impeded locals ability to drive and or park. Operator was informes and did nothing to solve the issue. Then remained parked for the next hour in the same spot.

After standing in the taxi line and Newark airport and receiving a receipt, the Taxi driver from Newark airport wanted me to pay cash. I said I only have credit cards. I was charged an extra $4 fee, on top of all the other extra fees, to pay by credit. The drivers try to make you pay cash!

Three different times I have not been picked up send cab for other people going to complain with the disability board and metro msp is run by yellow cab of Houston tx and Metro lift they have left me stranded too many times and I am disabled

I've been living in Houston for about 10 months and this is the first time in a long time without a car. I started working not too far away from my apt and a friend told me about Yellow Cab. I wasn't used to big city living, so I wasn't sure how Taxi's and the Metro worked. During a good day, I w0uld take the bus, but at night, they don't run that late.

So I started calling YELLOW CAB. I spoke to some nice people, but majority of the dispatchers are ghetto-ly rude! They talk to you like you're stupid and have no respect.

The cab drivers on the other hand, are horrible! Majority of them are African. I am NOT racist because I am too come from a minority. Anyhow, they are GREAT at ripping you off. In HOUSTON, CAB#: 187 stops his meter BEFORE he gets to your destination and gives a random over priced limit. I understand it's a dollar more because it's night. But when he's still adding some more numbers in there, it is uncalled for!

They take advantage of those who are limited in transportation. PLUS, HOUSTON CAB# 1616, who drove around the whole parking lot "just to get out of there" was completely unnecessary. They'll take the long way home, drive really slow or circle your workplace to pick up that price.

Because of all this ruckus, I asked the dispatchers to not dispatch CAB# 187 mainly. So everytime I request a pickup, it always says for CAB #187 to not respond. Well, one night when CAB# 1616 came for my coworker and I, starting asking questions about CAB#187. First of all, that is UNPROFESSIONAL to instigate their coworkers. But then again, we strongly feel that they did that on purpose because they all talk in their native language and tell each other what we have to say.

Just yesterday, I started calling for this other Taxi line called Liberty Taxi...That company is the best customer service I've EVER received. (not only regarding taxi companies) They're polite, they say THANK YOU, and do NOT rip you off. I've never heard of this company, but gave me the decision to NEVER GO BACK TO YELLOW CAB TAXI SERVICES!

I travel every week to Nashville from Denver. On the way back I get a cab from the airport. This time I was stuck with Yellow cab. I had a driver whose stars aligned with a tortoise (might be a snail even). He was driving at 35 mph on a 50 mph road.

I typically pay $65 (including airport tax and tip) to the other taxi's

Anyway by the time I reach home in this Yellow Cab Snail mobile, the fare has jumped to $78.25. I tell the driver that this is something I have not seen (the fare) and he goes off on giving me a lecture saying that I have a choice to not to take his cab etc etc.

I called his supervisor and left a message. I never heard back from them.

Looks like I won't be riding a Yellow Cab.
