I ordered some health supplements from the company The company is ###, so better avoid them. I got all confirmation emails and other stuff, but the seller never mentioned what time the delivery would take. When I tried to contact the seller, he simply ignored my friend’s emails and it was impossible to get any info from them. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

    I can confirm that the moment that our turn around time to answer an email from Monday to Friday is approximately 1 business day. I have looked at our emails that are yet to be answered and can not see anything that could possibly connect to you. However, I note you have advised that you ordered the product but your "friend" has not received a response to their enquiry. Currently the oldest email in our inbox is 15 hours old. Please let us know and we will very gladly help you with your enquiry.
