Tim Selberg review: Didn't receive product, money not refunded

On Aug 31, 2014 ordered 2 ventriloquist figure cases from Tim Selberg, sent him a check for $990 plus $90 shipping. Received cases on Sept 10, 2014, but they were too small. Mr Selberg said he would look into bigger cases. He sent text message on Sept 20 and said they were ordered and would be available in 4-6 weeks. We agreed. We did not hear anything else and finally purchased other cases in Jan 2015. Contacted Mr Selberg on Jan 20, 2015. He offered to use the money he owed us as a down payment on a ventriloquist figure we were interested in, the only thing is he raised the price from $1900 quoted in Aug 2014 to $2260. We felt the increase was excessive so asked for our money back instead. Mr Selberg has not contacted us since Jan and has never returned our $990. Don't advise anyone to deal with this individual.
