Wanelo do not buy from wanelo stores.

I have been using wanelo for several years now. This app gave me links for things I wanted and I was pretty satisfied with it. But then wanelo decided to create their own stores and everything went down the hill. The problem is that wanelo decided to start creating their own stores. These stores are mostly based in china and the photos of the items are stolen from other stores. If you order from these stores you will receive something very different from the pictures. I believe all positive reviews are fake and written by their staff members. When you have problems wanelo never does anything to resolve them. Do not buy from wanelo stores.

Wanelo never again!!

I ordered some items from Wanelo a month ago. I received my items few days ago, and items were nothing like the picture or description of the product. I purchased two plaid shirts. Both looked horrible, made from cheap fabric. One shirt had a big hole! Also, the color was wrong and the size was wrong too. Why stores like Wanelo are allowed to sell their garbage? After reading through some of the reviews I have realized I'm not the only one who has problems with Wanelo. I sent them many emails demanding a full refund, but never received anything. I used to love Wanelo in the past, but I will never again use this website for anything.

Wanelo attention! they took cancellation fee

I placed the order on the website www.wanelo.com, but the main problem was that they didn’t warn me about fake charges, which they took in the case of cancellation. It was terrible, because when I placed the order, they sold all the sizes and therefore I needed to cancel the deal. People, be aware that the company isn’t professional and honest, because they are interested only in money and they don’t want to solve your problems. Share this information.

Wanelo impossible to open the website without downloading the app

My friend advised me to visit the website www.wanelo.com. I couldn’t open the website if I didn’t want to download the app. I tried couple of times, but nothing. As well as it was impossible to contact the seller. At first, I needed to download the app, but I didn’t want to do it. The website wasn’t secure and could be harmful, so I decided not to visit it. I advise the same to other people.

Wanelo they provided tracking number, which were fakes

I had the deal with the company www.wanelo.com, but it was nightmare. I have ordered two items, and one was from this website and another item from the website as well, but the sellers were different. I got 4 tracking number for 2 items. So it was already strange. But the main problem was that all these tracking number were fakes and none really worked. I tried everything in order to get any info about the orders, but the sellers only promised and they still haven’t provided any precise info.

Wanelo they took double price from me

I recently decided to buy clothes from the website www.wanelo.com. After I placed my order, the seller charged me for the order, but after 30 minutes they charged me again for the same item. WTF? I contacted the customer services, but the rep only promised to solve this problem. After 4 weeks, I haven’t received my money back and no idea what to do next. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problem. Please, post comments.

Wanelo bad experience

I ordered a dress and some utensils from the website www.wanelo.com. The whole order cost me $250, and I received the confirmation email and receipt, but after several weeks my order didn't arrive. I sent several emails to the seller, but they blocked my account without explanation. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience with this seller. Maybe you can help to contact the seller and return money back or to receive my order, please I really need help.

I purchased some stuff that costed over 300 dollars and it’s been over a year and I have never received it. I had sent multiple emails and barely received an answer I am very upset if you can’t send my product give me my money back. I want my money back!

I placed an order on February 24th for a pair of boots and waited a few weeks and the order never shipped. I emailed them multiple times and still haven’t gotten my money back and I put in a claim thru cash app and they keep denying it so I need to see if I can get my money back

I placed an order on February 24th and still haven’t gotten my refund back and I have been sending them emails and they keep giving me run around a that they have high volume of cases and it’s pissing me off and I contacted the store vender and they said they never got the order notification from wanelo and to refund me the money asap

I have not received the 8 items purchased from last year. I have emailed them too many times to count only to get a response that they are working with the supplier. Why don't they just give me a refund.

I’ve called and left messages

I’ve emailed and only received auto reply

paid for ugg boots on November 30, 2019, they were due to arrive by December 14. But I never got them. The money was deducted from my Paypal account. I can't find anyone who I can speak to about this or info telling me what happened.
