www.raffleticket.com review: They took money from me and haven't provided the whole order 1

I ordered tickets from the company www.raffleticket.com. I got only two tickets, but I ordered 5. After that the rep provided some fake promises and blah-blah. I already offered the rep to return these tickets and asked for full refund, but the rep suddenly stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
