shenzhen magic beauty equipment co ltd review: item not described truthfully item does not work

Went through a long process to find an item, told them and asked them specifically for an item with a plug that work in North America without an adapter. Asked them to send me a picture of the plug and they did but not of the item, it was a different plug. They sent me an item with a plug that fits austrailia and the item does not work. DO not trust this company and I would not trust anything from Alibaba website. its a rip off buyer beware.
