SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They found a problem in my order

I purchased a gift for my mom from the website I indicated her address and asked to wrap it proper paper, but the problem was that I paid with my card for the order and there was different address and name. They decided that it was a problem and emailed me. I explained the situation and seriously thought that they would solve the problem. But they still haven’t sent the order and impossible to get any response from the staff. Awful company!!!
