I strongly recommend you not to mess with them. They are quick in charging money but never stand behind their products. I received a wrong item and understood it long before I opened my package because of its size. I contacted them and explained my situation, asked what to do, they didn't offer any alternatives (such as a refund or sending the item I initially wanted) and just said that I have to send the wrong item back. Well, that's a good example of how businesses don't have to treat their customers.

Absolutely diabolical service.
No communication, no deliveries when promised, Manager Mike will tell all sorts of lies in order to sell stock they don't even have.
Please avoid and buy from a reputable company. Buy a parcel are a total rip off, waste of time!
They promised Friday delivery, so I sat in all day waiting. On the phone at 5pm and Mike said he'd forgot to send it so it will be delivered next day am which was Saturday . 11:00 and still no parcel, so I called back and they then said they don't do Saturday deliveries but I could drive 25 mins each way to my nearest depot to collect it. When I arrived 10 mins before I'd arranged, it was closed. Buyaparcel were again very unhelpful over the phone, insinuating no promises or conversations had even taken place.

Seller stopped to communicate after he got my order back
I won’t recommend other people to buy from the website www.buyaparcel.com. Couple of months ago I purchased some stuff for the kitchen from the seller. But the seller changed the order and sent me wrong items. I returned them at the same day, but the seller stopped to deal with me. I have no idea what to do now and how to solve this situation. I ordered some stuff for bath from the company www.buyaparcel.com. I missed the delivery, but the rep left the note that they would arrive tomorrow. On the next day, I left at home and waited for these jerks, but one showed up. I waited 3 more days, but they haven’t showed up. WTF? I called to this company, but no one replied. Waste of time and slow communication
We ordered some stuff from the website www.buyaparcel.com. The item was fault, so we returned it back. After that we got the reply that the item would be send to the manufacturer and after he would decide what to do with it. We waited 2 months and still no news from the seller.
