I have phoned the worldwide services number 7 times since 8/9/2017 as awaiting a bed ordered from kiddicare for next day delivery last week. I have had 4 different people tell me information on my order and 3 different people be rude and tell me they can't help me until I tell them abit more then all.of a sudden they have details. Incorrect details though I might add. Not once ounce of help except from my very first phone call. I am.appauled at the service as my bed should.of.come today but the van was fine at 3.30pm today but at 4pm there was a fault so now no delivery. I am stressed and pregnant and had no help
