I have been eating Wonder Bread products for over 50 years. My family has also noticed that the quality and flavor of wonder bread and bun have diminshed, the slices are often misshapen and full of holes as are the buns. Even when freshly purchased, the bread is crumbly and dry. I have noticed that the bread is now "baked in Canada" where do the bargain basement ingredients come from? And are they using "Easy Bake Ovens"?

Such a shame that one of the simplest and most iconic North American food staples is being trashed by big business.

I am 66 years old and as far back as can remember we always ate wonder bread it was the best but now it is pretty bad there are holes in it and the texture is horrible we know there is something being added to it to keep it from molding ! I will not be buying anymore wonder bread products and that's a shame on you wonder bread

Just paid 2.88 and haveing same problem! Very upsetting and disappointed!

What has changed to make your bread terrible? It used to be a great bread. I am changing my brand, not going to waste my money on bread that is far below superior.

I just purchased a loaf of wonder bread yesterday and have tasted laundry detergent or fabric softener. I came to the internet to confirm. My husband thinks it may be dish detergent in the pans not washing off before baking, but I taste Downy in my sandwich. Located in Missouri, USA.

A few months ago we noticed Spoleto bread no longer has sesame seeds on it, and then more recently noted that the texture has become much coarser with large holes in the slices. It was great before and was our family's favorite bread. We live outside of Bonifay Florida and shop at the Piggly Wiggly, Grocery Outlet and Dollar General stores there.

I recently purchased a pack of 8 hot dog buns from my local stop and shop on 7/1/23 at 1:00pm for online pick up. They are split in many spots and not useable. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with this brand of hot dog buns. I did store pick up so was not there in person to view them. Why does this keep happening?

The company should be reported to the Food and Drug Administration.

I am not sure what this item is but it looked like it was baked into the bread.

Bread used to be soft when I purchased it and for many days later. Now it's stale when I open it for the first time right from the store. Not happy with it at all. Walmart brand has a very soft bread and lasts for days. I have bought this bread for many years and refused to change until now. My usual store is Walmart or Winn Dixie for shopping.

I bought 2 white bread wonder plus on August 31 at no frills in Newmarket Ontario and it taste like soap

I purchased a 8 pack of wonder bread hot dog buns on August 10, 2022. The expire data was August 23, 2022. They were stale and split into 2 pieces when I opened them. They broke into many pieces when I tried to eat them. I had to throw them out. You have lost a customer.

I opened a brand new loaf of bread today to make grilled cheese for my kids and their friends and found a blue hard piece of plastic stuck in the bread. It was hard and pointy like a broken off piece of something. I have never had this happen and wouldn't complain but this could have been dangerous! I am so glad I noticed!

My name is brandee I'm from Pittsburgh PA. I bought Wonder hamburger buns from Kuhns market on Banksville red Dormant PA. I went to open the package and saw something moving...it was several baby flies in the closed bag! Not one but a family .. Little baby ones..going slightly larger each one! This is gross! They had to hatch eggs or something in the bread! So much for Wonder bread being a quality product
