Woman Within account assure fees/services

I habe paid for Account Assure to ‘protect my acct in the evnt I could not pay all/some'. Lately I submitted All required papers asked (with some difficulty from my prior employer), and requested to use those benefits I have signed up AND paid for. I finally after a few tries got my prior employer to fill out paperwork. I have not heard if they sent it in or not but have not recived them back either. Now Account Assure is saying I was unemployed when i requested their help. Isn't that what it is for? I managed my acct for awhile using up my savimgs before getting told by a memeber of woman within that i can request help from Account Assure in the event I cannot pay my bill. Now I am deliquent and the service has been cancelled. I want ALL the fees I paid to them while using them on my Woman Within acconut refunded! Either reversed back to my account or, a check in the mail would work. Had they provided their services i paid for my account would be fine and I would not be submittimg this complaint!

Saying they will settle and take 20%off bill is saying, oh we will take off he late fees we charged you if you pay for Account assure services you didnt get plus your bill!🤨

Woman Within promo codes do not work 2 out of 3 times.

Shopped for an hours on saturday may 26th with the promise of buy one get one 75% off. Promo code didn't work. Live chatted until I took too long looking for a number and she ended the chat,
Called customer service and spoke to a girl who sounded bored to death and said my shopping bag id didn't produce my bag and yes the code should work but it didn't and she didn't know why and if I wanted to read every item number to her maybe she could place the order. I had to leave for church and I said no. After dinner I ca;ed customer service again. I said this is my 3rd call today and she groaned and said oh no hat's the problem. I went through it all again and she said you are right it should work, hold on I am going to get a new item number for the product (shoes). She came back and said ok and then I heard it... Click. Yep call lost and I gave up. I emptied the shopping bag and I am done. One whole day I can never get back wasted on trying to shop at woman within. I have been a customer for years. I have put up with back orders that I opted to cancel and they arrived anyway months later. Along with many other problems but this is the final straw. Your promo codes are a scam. I think you hope we will be so tired by the end we will buy them at full price. Well I am not.

Woman Within leather jacket

I ordered the jacket a year ago in the spring for the discounts. I only wore this coat/jacket this past winter. It is black...or is supposed to be... It started fading in Dec to a burgandy. At first it wasn't too bad just a couple spots now nearly the whole back of the jacket have shades of burgandy and the threads are burgandy too. It appears this burgandy jacket was dyed black to move the inventory. I am very disappointed. This is my 4th leather jacket/coat purchased since 2000 and I have never had an issue. I really expected better.

Woman Within customer service-coupons

I ordered one item on 02/15/18 using a 40% Woman Within coupon, paying $9.99 shipping. Less than 24 hours later, the Woman Within website had a new coupon-40% off plus free shipping. When contacting their customer service chat line I was told no, it was not possible to give me a credit on the shipping I had paid for, even though my order was still in process. It was also not possible to cancel my order. I explained how unhappy I was with these options and would be making my complaint public.

Woman Within late fees

I have a Woman Within account last July 2017 I lost my job. I call to set up for the plan I sign up for to help pay in case I lost my job or end up in the hospital. I just found out that it was not done and I was charge late fees to a total of over $200.00. I never get a letter about it but I did get new books so I can order cloths. I have email them but they will not take the flaut for not sending me a letter about it. I was to if I have a problem with making payment they will help me. I do not have a problem with making payments it they flaut for not sending me a letter. I did tell them you can send new books but no letter. I just cancel the payment I have plan for 2/3/2018 and I told them I will do it. So if you can help me that will be great.

Woman Within billing/late fee

I was a loyal/payments on time customer with Woman Within for over 10 years. I recently was diagnosed with terminal cancer and while I was in the hospital I fell behind on one of my payments. They charged me a fee of $30.00 and when I called and explained my situation they told me that not only would they not remove the late fee they would continue to add more fees if I did not pay it. I am disgusted with their greed and lack of compassion.

Woman Within returns

I bought a pair of ankle boots, wore them 4 times bottom sole came all the way off except at the toe area.Tried to return them, called was told they were sending a return bag and return slip., I waited and waited.Called back and asked what happened to return bag, and was told i waited to long and had the shoes to long and there would be no refund.My Husband bought them for me in April 2017.I was told there was no problem in the return. Now after i waited all this time for the return bag, its to late.This company is crap and if you shop here you will loose .Fortunately for me I can get the shoes fixed, But I will never ever buy from this CRAP company again.They should be ashamed of their product.

Woman Within Never again

I ordered twice from them, but it was enough to understand I don't want to deal with them anymore.
Both times the clothes were in the wrong size and poorly made.
And I also waited for too long for the orders to arrive. Not everyone is patient. I am not. I can't wait for 5 or 6 weeks to get what I ordered.
Never again will I order from this website. I don't like to be treated that way...

Woman Within an order sent to the wrong address.

I ordered a sweater that I needed for this Saturday, I ordered it with plenty of time to come in. I checked tracking today it said it was sent back to you because of a wrong address. The order number is [protected]. When I called customer service I was told I would have to re order the item and the only way it would be here by Saturday is if I paid express shipping, why should I pay for a mistake you made. I have ordered before and did not have an issue. You have no problem sending the catalogs to the right address. I am just so disappointed in the attitude of your service representative. Woman Within No refund

They sell clothes made of the cheapest materials, that's why their prices are so low. I gave them several shots and each time they failed.
When I got dresses I understood that there was no way I'd keep them and I sent them back right after receiving.
After 3 weeks they confirmed they received the dresses, but they weren't quick enough to take care of my refund.
My money was never refunded. Where is it?

Woman Within Read the reviews before ordering

Never thought that I would ever complain because I had nothing against them, everything was fine usually. But one of the orders was three sizes smaller. My bad I didn't read reviews of women with same problems. I had to pay for returning the item and got a discount from them that promised me free returns. Everything would be great if it didn't expire tomorrow (I got it 2 days ago). That's not funny. That's not service.

Woman Within women's underpants

This note is more of an FYI and a common sense statement that I should have known better to do. I have placed catalog orders before with Woman Within--no problems. However, with my recent order, I did not check the package when it arrived due to personal issues regarding health.

Part of my order included two packages of "underpants" in two different sizes:

What I received was one package, supposedly size 14, but the underpants were unbelievably huge, even for a big gal like me. Perhaps it was because they were foreign made. They would probably fit my brother-in-law who is a tall, large man, but I know that he likes his boxers.

Anyway, it would be too late to return them; therefore, I am donating them to our local ecumenical network. I live in Pennsylvania Dutch area, and there are woman who could probably use them.

Lesson learned-- Always check you package upon arrival, no matter what!

Woman Within order not received

I placed an order for 2 shirts back in April 2017. They said it was back ordered till May. I called mid-May and the CSR said they were still on back order. I called today, June 15, 2017 and was informed my order was cancelled because the items were OOS. THIS is my issue. I never received a letter, a phone call or even an email letting me know the progress of my order. I choose Woman Within because I AM a bigger person and I like the way the clothes fit me. But it IS definitely poor customer service to not let a customer know what is going on with their order. If I hadn't called, I still would not have known the status. And all I get from the CSR on the phone is I apologize.

Woman Within payment with gift card and paypal

For several days, I have been trying to place an order with Woman Within, using a gift card for part of the purchase and PayPal for the balance. Each time I received a message that the PayPal payment option was unavailable. This happened again today (05/17/17), so I called to see why I was receiving this message. After talking to two people, I was told that you cannot use the gift card along with PayPal and I would either have to use only PayPal, or use the gift card with a major credit card. Having had my credit card information stolen previous, where Woman Within was one of the possibilities for the theft of information, I am not anxious to experience that again and is why I use PayPal. I find this policy absolutely bogus and should not have to choose between using the gift card or using PayPal.

Since I have had problems with Woman Within previously, including over zealous marketing, I have decided I want all my information removed from the mailing list for Woman Within and all other associated companies.

Woman Within 3rd party items/shipping/returns

Just a heads up warning with woman within. If you are ordering an item from their catalog or online and it's not coming directly from woman within - do not buy it! I ordered a $70 pair of sandals (Stupid I know) which ran horribly small. When they arrived, tried on and discovered this, I turned around and ordered the next size up. I took the first box, along with other packages to the post office and mailed it off. There was no prepaid postage and had to pay my own return postage to this 3rd party company. I called woman within to inquire about my refund about a month later and was told it could take up to 3 months and to be patient. Here I am 7 months later and no refund. Woman within claims the 3rd party never received the sandals, which I think is a lie and because I don't have my shipping receipt from august, it's my fault and have to pay the $70. I'll never order from woman within again and know a lot of people that shop here. I'll be sure to let them know how incredibly shady they are. Not to mention the last several items I received were garbage can quality. Black leggings, washed before worn, paid extra for tall size, looked like they were 5 years old and thin after 1 washing - and weren't made properly, twisting from the calf to ankle. Very disappointed in quality lately, not to mention their customer service is awful!

I should have read all of these reviews before ordering. First time shopper I ordered 3 tops with my order totaling more than enough for their "free gift". Lucky for me I did not order because of the free gift. I placed my order using the special code but my order never posted the free item. When I contacted them I was told to send them the code by 4 pm. But I read the message at 6 pm. They basically told me me too bad. After three emails and responses I was told that it would be rectified but I had to send them the code yet again. Which I did. Have not received anything to date.
I looked on line for their corporate office contact. When I reached someone she told me she would call back in five minutes. That was an hour ago.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not only that, but their "free gift" gimmick is false advertising. Never again is putting it mildly.

Woman Within Crazy store!

I bought a shirt from Woman Within and it was dirty. There was big stain and when I contacted their customer service they refused to help. I even took pictures but they said that these pictures mean nothing to them. They literally said that there was no way I could prove that this dirt was already there when I received my shirt. They said that there was high possibility that I left these stains and was planning some kind of scam. That was the most ridiculous conversation ever!
I will never buy anything from Woman Within again, these people are crazy.

Woman Within Poor contact and failure to notify

I placed an order on February 10th of $113. This order was very important because it was for my sickly mother who needs the clothes to start physical therapy. I had no issues paying with my card online and it said the transaction was successful. After 2 weeks of the clothes not being shipped out, I called and they told me that the whole order was canceled because my billing and shipping address did not match. I was never notified that my order was apparently canceled on the 14th. If I had not called, I would still be waiting not knowing what was going on. they told me that they mailed me notifying me of the issue but I never received anything. I feel that I should have been called and notified about the cancellation. so that I could have fixed the issue sooner. Now, 3 weeks later I have to reorder again and wait with my mother very unpleased and still waiting to start her therapy.

Woman Within Pants size could be a mystery

Ok, I'm big, and tall. Combine those two and finding pants, let along jeans that fit is almost impossible. Until I found this site. They have a five pocket tall jean that fits me like a glove. Awesome! I have been buying several colors of these. Took a few tries to nail down my size, (their size charts are all but useless, best to call.) But once I had my size I thought I was good forever. Just order more when needed.
Well… once I got a few colors that I couldn't even get into. "Stretch" denim at the waist was not stretching at all. Customer service was great, seemed very concerned, said different manufacturers make different colors and this was a problem they would address… thanked me and so on. Fine.

Well last Nov. I ordered two more pair. One came and is fine, the other backordered. Then it was simply lost. They reshipped, and when they showed up, they are a good two inches too long. Dragging on the floor too long. Customer service reordered (charged my card again since refunds take weeks.) But the replacement pair is just the same. Two inches too long. When asked if I want to order a different size, I said no, I ordered the correct size. These came two inches longer than described. WHY would I order the wrong size?
I offered to have them taken up somewhere local IF they would pay for it. Only costs 12.00. I have spent hundreds on here so far, BUT they will only issue a 5.00 credit. NO GOOD since I ordered the right size and they shipped me the wrong length. I would think they would be happy to keep a customer rather than take back something that is wrong and can't be sold as something it isn't. But no. SO they will get them back again. Meanwhile I have NO way to know what factory is making what. I could just order some other color if I knew which one to try. But I don't, so will they not fit, be too long, get lost! This is no way to run a business. Where is the quality control? Oh wait…. manufactured in China. That explains it right there. Priced for America but made in China. Hit or miss with what you'll end up with. These are going back and I'll be searching for a new place to shop.

Woman Within Christmas pj's

My husband purchase me pajamas for Christmas one pair was navy blue with white trees I loved them. After Christmas I put them on and noticed that the color was on my skin I took them off and hand washed them. I thought it was strange cause the water never turned blue . The next time I put them on same thing so this time my husband machined washed them same thing. I called Jessica London I thought that were he got them. But it was not but the rep found them with women within telling me they were a sister store. I asked if I could exchanged them and she said no once u wash them we don't take them back. I said but I can't wear them I have only had them two week and they keep bleeding on to my skin. She said sorry their is nothing I can do u washed them. So I said oh so if I buy clothes from u and their is a problem I am just stuck. We repeatedly said sorry we can't take back items u washed. So he just paid for something I can't wear so that's that. I asked for the corporate number . My husband got all of their cards. If this is how u treat a customer I will have him pay they off and open somewhere else. I have been a store manager for a major clothing g store for seven years. I would never do a customer this way. We take worn things back and if it damaged we sign it out if it can be used we donate to women homeless shelter for those in need. This is sad and I don't care if he spent two dollars they should make the customer happy and sometimes you have to break the rule to keep customers who keep u in business.

Woman Within Missing item

I have purchased three sweaters from WomanWithin company and received only two. I called WomanWithin support and told them that one item was missing and it really seemed they wanted to help. They asked several questions about my order and promised I'll get the missing item within 14 days. Two weeks passed and I contacted them about my sweater and they claimed they shipped it, but there was no sign of it. I decided to wait and gave the some extra time. One week later I called again and received the same reply. It is now over a month and still nothing!
