Wish.com / website issues
For the last 2 months, I have sent emails I tried to call but you do not answer your phones all I got was a recording to go on Wish.com to contact you which I had already done several times. To present date I have not received any responses back from you regarding the fact I had to delete your app because it would not load on my iPad. When I tried to reinstall it it will not allow me to put in my payment information. I can only assume by your non-response that you don't care about your customers and you need to make your website user friendly. For over 2 months I have not been able to make any purchases and at this rate if I don't receive a response back from you all ASAP, then I will stop even trying but I will discourage my over 3, 000 friends on Facebook to shop on Wish. This does not reflect well upon your company!!!
