I think that the procedure of requiring a photograph of the item to be returned is obstructive. Because I had already folded and wrapped everything back up again ready to go, I copied and pasted their own product picture - they said that was unacceptable.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA They cannot see a ‘defect' such as too big or too small or poor quality fabric so this requirement is simply obstructive.
I WISH I'd looked for reviews like this before I'd ordered.
The quality of the products are very poor - no wonder they are so cheap. I won't buy from this organisation again.

    If it were possible to return the product for refund I would do it. Nothing fits. Won't be buying anything else from them. They insist on a photo of the item but my computer doesn't do that so I can't get past that part of the return process. This site is a big ripoff.
