SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I got charged twice and it showed as denied at the app

When I was trying to buy a dress it showed as denied and then I saw that it was charged twice in my card!
I'm trying to cancel the order at the app but it doesn't allow me. And I can't not even send a message in the app because it always says it is missing some information.
I just want to cancel this order and have my refund!
I've attached the pictures of my credit art statement that shows the 2 charges and the order confirmation that shows now at the app, but it only shows one order!
