orbeez/never received order and paid for it on bank statement

In feb 2017 I ordered Orbeez for my daughter off of wish the amount was taken out of my bank account and here it is almost April and we still never received it but we paid for it and everytime I try to track the order off my email I get the error codes and then there was a message saying that I had duplicate accounts and that's why I hadn't received it or couldn't track it I do not have duplicate accounts I have the order coming to my email and then it won't let me track it I am so angry and my daughter is so disappointed I want my money back or I want the Orbeez this is ridiculous

Delivery estimate is just that, an estimate. You ordered something from China, that takes 6-8 weeks to get to you. It is probably stuck in U.S. customs.
