Wish / lost my order

I have ordered from Wish twice and both times had a great experience. Unfortunately, my last experience was horrible, they lost my items. Weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted customer service and asked for some explanations. Their rep said that my package was lost. I asked them the details, but they said they could not do anything, because their tracking system was not working. I refuse to order anything from these people ever again!
