SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Wishdid not receive item and no longer have it in my order history.

I placed an order back in November of 2016 for a kitchen gadget "Kitchen Cling Film Sauce Bottle Storage Rack Paper Towel Holder Kitchen Accessories". It stated that it would arrive by 12-23-16 so it would be in time for Christmas. Then after Christmas, I received another message that the item was delayed and would be here by 12-31-16.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA It is now 1-17-17 and I still have not received the item. I looked on my account to see if I could get a refund and the item is no longer in my order history. I did not delete it as I kept looking to see if it would still arrive. So, now I don't know how to either still get the item or get a refund because I don't have it in my history. Is there any way to be able to still either get the item or get a refund?
