Wigsbuy unprofessional thieves

These people are extremely unprofessional. I ordered a very expensive item from them and when they sent it to me it was the incorrect item. When I emailed them asking for an exchange they REFUSED to exchange them and when I asked for a refund they said they would only give me a percentage of my money back and I have to pay the shipping to send it back because they already wasted their money on making the product and shipping it but it's not my fault they sent the wrong item so why am I being punished for their mistake. If they would have just done the exchange they would have come out winning because I needed to order from them every six months but they still refused. This is unjust, they are basically robbing me.

Wigsbuy wig purchase

Purchased a wig 5/11/15 for $158.30 on sale, and it took a month to get the wrong wig. Not the wig pictured that I ordered. It was a bright red (Ronald mcdonald) ugly wig. They said they give refunds (They don't) said to contact them first, and they have to approve. They contact much later, and make excuses (Like send us pictures) after you do, then they ignore you. I had paid through pal-pal so I called them and filed a complaint. Case # pp-[protected] then they said mail the wig back for a refund, which makes pay-pal close the case. So, I mailed it back 6/8/15 to china customs # lc568124948us now, they are saying as of today 6/25/15 they have not received the wig back. But, customs say they received the wig there june 11, 2015 this company false advertises they picture one wig, and send you another. They say they give you a refund for any reason, (But they don't') so they lie, stall, make excuses, anything they can so they don't have to give you the money back. I believe they get the wigs back, and keep the money. I have seen on the complaint site they have also done this to a lot of people. How can companies get by with this? I'm seeing some laws broken, and yet they continue on and on. Being so far away, I guess they think they can get by with it. And, the amazing thing is they do!

Oh my god they did the same thing to me but they only agreed to give me a percentage of my money back! I havent sent it back yet, so should I not send it back?

Wigsbuy fraud

I ordered 3 wigs from this company. They took 2 months to arrive . Then I saw what I waited for... They looked like Halloween wigs. So poorly made, I realized immediately, there was a BIG fraud in play. I called right away. No answer...Days go by, meanwhile the order sheet says, (must return within a week.)! How can you return to China in a week? Then, they say send pics. Their site won't accept them. 3 days later they were DHL back to China with a refund request. 2weeks later, DHL calls(At least they said they were), says wigsbuy won't accept the package and will I pay another 130.00 to ship back to me? REALLY!? So as of this note, I'm out 730.00! Six on wigs and shipping! DONT BE FOOLED! They are a full on SCAM. IM STILL IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! This is Fraud! Be careful ...

This is a SCAM Company from CHINA... WIGSBUY.com They are doing this to hundreds of people, and getting rich off Everyone. They RIPPED me off for almost $ 200.00 The fact of this matter is: It's NOT only about the money (which is bad enough ) It's also the FACT that we can't seem to do anything about it. Another thing we have to just take it lying down, and with a smile. OH PLEASE... If ANYONE out there has a idea of how this can be stopped, please POST IT so something can be done about this. Wigsbuy not the product they advertise

I ordered a blond shoulder length wavy wig. What I got was a red long chopped up multe it was the worst wig I have ever seen. When I contacted them they told me it wasn't red after I sent them pictures. Then they said I could dye it and they would send me 10.00$ when I didn't agree to this they sent me another email and offered me 20.00$ if I would keep the wig. I told them that it was going to cost at least 75.00$-150.00$ to have this wig dyed. I also told them that wig didn't fit right it didn't stay on top of my head and it bunched up the back. They sent another email and told me to use some hair spray to hold it down.they will not give a refund because it's a custom fit but it doesn't fit me so I don't have any other choice but to call my credit card company and tell them that this company is a fraud and sending out wigs that aren't even close to the pictures that they advertise

I bought a long wig.The long wigs are alluring! All the details are amazing. High quality 100% human hair, yellow color and long wave style, all of them are my love. Reasonable price is great for me. They are my perfect choice. Thank you very much!

Wigsbuy order

I ordered my hair extensions on July 27, 2013. It is now August 12, 2013 and my status still has not been updated to processing. I have emailed customer service 3 times for a status update and have not received on yet. They respond but do not give you the information regarding the status of your order. They took the $100 out the day I placed the order and I read that you can not get a refund after you place your order unless you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order! In addition most companies do not take your money until your order has been processed or shipped but that is not the case with this company. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I placed my order. There are so many bad reviews and I have not read one good review on this company yet. I have basically given up on my order and the chance that if I do get it, that it will be a quality product. Good luck.

I am glad I visited this site because I too ordered a wig from this crappy site and still waiting on it, I was told in order to cancel it I was quoted the 25%bull not to mention, I only paid $83.00 for my wig and if a wig order came in for more it would take more time therefore, they would have to concentrate on the production of those first. I told them I didn't know proce played a factor in the distribution of their products, I thought orders were process according to payment. It would soon be a month and I still have yet to receive my merchandise. You know I believe in people making a living but somebody need to put these kind of people out of business.

Thank you all for the comments. I almost ordered a wig today after much thought. So glad I read the reviews before losing my money. I recommend everyone checking out ebay if you want to order wigs under $20.00. I did and pretty happy with it. I would send a photo but I started writing this before I could take a one.The wigs are from China but fairly good quality and if you have a complaint ebay takes it seriously. The site said it would take approximately 4 wks to arrive and I go t in less than 2. Hope this is helpful.

First of all... Notice the dates and all these comments.. This Company Wigsbuy.com has continued for year's. With FRAUD, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and GETTING RICH off STEALING MONEY. And, it goes on & on & on. They stole almost $ 200.00 from me. I can't stop the Company in CHINA from doing all this. BUT... I CAN SPREAD THE WORD... I am challenging EVERYONE that has been taken by this Company... To Get On Board... If we all stuck together we might have a chance to get this stopped...

Avoid this site like the plague.

Firstly, I paid for express shipping and opened a dialogue immediately as I needed the wig for work. They ignored me until I repeatedly chased them up and eventually issued a refund after constant emails as the wig was received three weeks after its expected date.

More annoyingly, the pictured wig is not what I received. I knew the pictures of people were false but the wigs are not the wigs they feature upon the order page.

I paid for a full lace front and instead got a shoddily tied two by six inch square of lace at the top front of the head. The sides were wefts (exactly what I did not want) and so thin that it by no means could pass as believable.

Throughout every instance they eventually email back, ignoring your concern and respond with "you understand".

They also denied me the ability to dispute my order. So much for costumer satisfaction being at the forefront of their concern.

Do yourself a favour and paint your head with glue then roll around a dusty floor. I guarantee the product would be better than anything you could order from here.

I ordered clip in 100% human hair extensions.The white skinned (like me) hair model had practically the same smooth, big kind of exact curl as me.

I received what can only be described as rough, kinky, horse hair. It's BAD. First it took them almost TWO months to respond, then despite sending photos comparing the advertisement, my real hair and the crappy extensions, they refuse to refund. My sister friends LAUGH at wigsbuy suggesting the product sent matches the advertisement.

So much for the 100% guarantee. Attacged c are photos of the advertisement and what I received. What a joke!

I am very happy with my orders. The quality of the wigs is amazing at the price! I didn't like shopping online before, but this shopping was really perfect. A nice experience!

Wigsbuy refusing to get in contact

I ordered a wig on Jan 29th from this company I paid 201.00. Since they told me my product would only take afew days to process. I have message 6 times to them on there website and find it odd that on there live chat there has been nobody there for a week now and have also left messages there as well. I am concerned as now I am seeing many bad reveiws about this site..

I have email over and over and got zero response in sending back the wig i got. it was not anything like the discription or picture and definitely not the color. I WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE TO AT LEAST GET BACK WITH ME

They sent me two wrong orders and made me pay return shipping even though they messed up and never gave me what I ordered. They refunded the first time to PayPal has agreed but they made me Place another order which I did. They sent me the wrong thing again. Made me pay for return shipping. They never issued my refund and ghosted me, stole money!

You say your wigs are from caif., and your company is as well.. When you sent me out your wig it came from calif. Now I want to return it and you give pay pal a china address too mail it back you are fraud.

WIG IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE ON WEBSITE. They make it impossible to return product telephone number disconnected. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with professionalism. Only 7 days to return for full refund but no return address . I DARE THEM TO SAY EVERYTHING ISNT IN RETRNED BOX EVERYTHING SENT IS IN BOX. Expect to hear from someone soon. Marcia Peters

It was sent from calif. But they want me too ship it back too china. Fraud...
Aweful company do not order wigs from china. Only us.
The wig is ugly short not long wrong color as well they send you what ever they want aweful do not use them.

I have submitted two email requests asking for a return authorization on a duplicate order (billed for two orders). I also want to return the original order due to poor quality and wrong color sent. I have been unable to receive any acknowledgement for my request. I will be disputing with my credit card company.
