I have amnot been able to take any hair, skin & nails vitamins or biotin by itself due to the fact that it causes cystic acne. This is the only product that I don't have that issue with but I can only take 1 a day. The average hair loss per day is about 250 strains. I was under severe stress a few months ago & was losing bout 1,000 strains a day! I wasn't taking any vitamins at the time & my hair has become so thin that I have stopped any type of styling cause I'm afraid it will damage my hair even more. I can't wait for this to arrive as I have not used it in a year. I already know, from previously, that it works & will thicken my hair and make it grow so I can get that lost hair back. I'm not stress free but I'm not losing my hair either, thank God! Thank you for producing a product that I can take & works so well!

I wish free shipping was available on cheaper orders so I can restock as needed and not always have to buy in bulk, but other than that I'd recommend this site/these products to anyone in a heartbeat!

Hairfinity is basically just an overpriced version of those hair, skin, and nails supplements you can get at any old drugstore. Honestly, I don't see any difference between this and the cheaper options. Sure, they might have added some fancy packaging, but that doesn't change the fact that it's the same old stuff. Plus, I've noticed that taking this supplement has actually caused me to break out more than usual. I'm pretty sure it's because of the high dose of biotin they put in it. So, not only is it not worth the extra money, but it's actually causing me more problems. If they dropped the price by like 60%, maybe it would be worth it, but as it stands, it's just not worth the hype. And don't even get me started on all those paid YouTube testimonials. Like, come on, we're not stupid.

Finally, I got through to someone and they told me that my package got sent back to them because they had the wrong address. But like, I got a bunch of emails and tracking info that all had the right address on them, so I don't know what the deal is there.

Anyway, they said I had to pay extra for shipping and handling to get it sent back out to me, which is super annoying. And then they told me I wouldn't get a refund for the shipping and handling fee I already paid, which is just ridiculous. It's been a while now and I still haven't gotten my refund, so needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be doing business with Hairfinity again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Thanks for nothing, guys.
