Warid Telecomnot activating message package

I have message three times in a row for activating a weekly message package but there is no confitmation message that weekly message package has been activated or not. They replied with on saturday 24th of november "Dear Customer! Your request to subscribe to Glow Weekly SMS Bundle cannot be processed at the moment." What after a moment? Its been 4 days after that message uptil now no confirmation message has been received. Really disappointed it happen first time that your network taking to much time to activate a package. Hope so that this matter resolve soon. !!
