Volarisnot wanting to give back credit/refund

I booked a flight with volaris back in march for 6 people. We were suppose to departure Oct.25 but unfortunately due to a life or death situation we are unable to go.
I have called on Oct. 8, Oct. 19, Oct. 20. I have talk to 3 different people to explain our situation and their still giving us a hard time about a credit. At first I ask for a credit for a future time since I payed for all 6 tickets but their saying they can not credit me for the 2 tickets because they are my siblings. I have explained that my 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer on Oct.16. I have gave them a doctors note. Then they ask for birth certificates to see if their truly my kids then the social worker from the hospital as well fax those over as well. Then when I caked today they are asking for a copy of the doctors license which I never heard of anyone doing so! this is ridiculous that you guys are giving me a hard time when all I wanted was a credit but now I want my damn money back since you guys are so inconsiderate of the situation. I understand you guys have jobs but I have been providing every information you guys been asking me to send. But I still get the go around. Then when I ask to speak to a supervisor they say there isn't one to talk to that I will have to do a complain at [protected]@volaris.com. you can contact me back at [protected]@yahoo.com.

    This airline sold us a ticket for my daughter in law.she was meeting her husband after 2 and a half years of being apart.
    Volaris charged my credit card gave us a flight and ticket number confirmation etc. My daughter arrived to find. They had no ticket no seat available and they started the credit card co took back three money. I called my card co right away. ..they did not take the money back and they never do such a thing. They didn't deny the charges . it went through. !
    My daughter in law was stuck in airport all night. While I found one Richey left on aer omexico. For 400 one way. It was our only safe option. Don't buy tickets from volaris

    They are horrible!!! I'm dealing with the same issue. Very annoyed but lesson learned. I still want my refund or credit which I don't think I will get at this point!!!

    does anyone have the email address to volaris? They refuse to give me their email address for refunds.

    I bought tickets with a wrong departure date (my bad), then in that same moment I called customer service to ask for help and they offered me a change of departure flight for 300 USD (while the original round trip I had bought was 500) so then in total I should invest $800 USD so i decided not to take that option and then proceed with the cancellation as per my understanding I would receive the refund in total if I cancelled within the next 24 hrs (which I did) then I proceeded to book the replacing flight
    I never got my first flight cancelled, never got my refunds and in total I invested $1, 000 USD for a $500 USD flight
    Called the customer service, never offered me a solution and blamed me for not having a ticket number of the cancellation.
    I went ahead and opened a dispute with my bank which they are already working on this on my behalf

    I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH VOLARIS AGAIN!
