Viagogotickets purchased vs. received different

Purchased tickets with Viagogo for the Springbok vs. England test on the 9th of June 2018 for Section W9 which is premium seating.

Received the tickets 3 days before the event however they were for Section EU71 which is the cheapest non premium worst seats one is able to purchase.

Viagogo's website and customer support service is non-existent, we paid a premium price for these tickets namely £686.95

    Join the club; I ordered up pitchside between either 22 Blocks C to F at Newlands. 10 weeks later when I was told I could download them, they've supplied me 1 tier back up in Block H which is over the tryline. 3 weeks of messaging to these shysters has go me nowhere. I've been interviewed on Cape Talk Radio and opened up a fraudulent selling case with my credit card company in the UK. Nevermind the obscene over charging involved. They are utterly fraudulent con-artists who have lawsuits against them around the world.
