The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

It is supposedly a prepaid phone company which i have never used, and charges you for minuets on a phone you do not have to technically own. i called the number to the charge on my account 3 times on 3 different days and after being on hold and hearing that it was a charge for pre paid minuets i was only able to leave a message which said they would call me back as soon as possible. however, i never received a call back and had to go through my bank to file a fraudulent charge. then after googling vesta at&t nothing but Fraud Warning came up along with this website.
