I own a restaurant / bar in Chicago and I was told that they would attract new "members" and that I had to sell them "dining credits" at a 2 to 1 exchange. I asked the rep if there was any way to see if their "members" were already dining at my place and he said no.
Now I find out that they have a report that would or could tell a business owner how many members are already dining at your place. It's called a CUR screen. What a scam! Run away from these guys! then I find out what cheap rewards they are actually offering their "members" 5%, 10%, 2 miles? Give me a break... who goes to a restaurant for 5% or 10% off?

I have been scammed by them as well. They get access of the restaraunt's credit card gateway and start sucking money out of the bank account every week. It is a complete fraud and they DO NOT send any new customers.
First of all you are TOTALLY WRONG and posting a FALSE NARRATIVE.
They ONLY get a way to see other members 2 ways and NEVER IN ADVANCE. They need to AUTHORIZE past views once you sign up with them and still limited past data. Another is to join New Repeat and 1st Mo is NO CHARGE to capture member dines prior to launce then giving you less charge on repeat dines. Also all owners want repeat dines and more customer frequency...
Also it is not just 5% - 10% cash back (iDine.com) it is rewards of choice so Airline is up to 5 miles per $1 spend. $100 meal = 500 Airline miles. Also UBER, Rakuten, DOSH, Acorn and Hotels.
Please know your facts before bashing a great company that helps over 11, 000 clients and business over 35yr. (longer then most restaurants btw)

I have worked for company for over 10yr now. Any issues call them directly [protected] and clarify before bashing. I also will answer any questions if I can.
完全的欺骗行为，没有任何的行动，只为收钱，当我知道我有这种帐户，付款后马上要求关闭，但是一个月后有人打电话来要求付最后的费用，我先是向他们确认有关闭帐户，因为不方便没有付，过2天收到邮件要求付款，最可笑的是2天之差我的尾款居然相差一百多，没有任何的帐单之类的东西
