Universal Windows / Double charges

1 United States Review updated:

This is the fourth time i have contacted you regarding this matter. I have asked you over and over to contact us about this matter and you have refused. I am writing you to let you know that I am going to send all my information over to the BBB. I can not believe this is the kind of business you run. Your company is a very miss leading and poorly managed. HERE'S A COPY OF THE LETTER THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE BBB:

Dear Mike Harrison,

My name is Autumn Vanni and I have talked to you guys a few times already about have two different accounts open on this job. All I want from you guys is what was offered to us back in October of 2008. We thought your company was a great company and really liked the work you guys did on our other house lucky for us we paid cash for that job. We were told that this was going to be 12 months same as cash no interest and no payments. That is what we would like. Eric new what he was doing when he took these contracts to my husband at work and new he was on a time limit and also had his newborn daughter was in the pediatric intensive care unit. We signed up for these windows and siding at the end of September and did not get the work done until January of 2009. We waited patiently and was under the assumption we had agreed on the contract that Mike told us about. I find this to be very wrong and very misleading on your companies part and would like you to make this right. Please give us what was originally offered to us, that's all we are asking and to get these charges off my husbands credit report from AIG!

This is what I had sent the company three times and have left messages for them to contact me. Up until now I have been fighting with all these credit card companies about these charges that has been charge to me twice with two different credit card holders one being Wells Fargo and the other being AIG. Well as of the other day Wells Fargo sent a letter Stating the charges were credited back because we have to accounts open, now all of a sudden they send another letter stating they charged it back because AIG finally closed the account. This is very wrong and this is not what my husband and I signed up for. I have proof that i have been charged by two different companies and the letters telling me they have been both now dismissed. How can I fix this. This is not what we signed up for. Please contact me so I can fully explain the whole situation.

I don't understand what kind of business you people run, but I'm not the one. Last time I spoke to you, you said you will contact me to try and figure this out. I told you that this is not what we agreed on at the time we talked. I told you that this is not the loan we were promised. I will keep fighting this and will contact everyone I need to. This is very poor business and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.

they are a ripoof business. As being a sales rep for that company they tell us to to tell the customer anything and everything to get the job. Way overpriced
