We booked a Kensington Tours package to Scotland. It was HORRIBLE. We paid an extra $1500 for a 5-star hotel package, we received 4-star hotels for all but 1. The itineraries wasted so much time with cheesy low-quality sites to visit. There were a couple of day trips that were OK through Rabbies, that they use (16 seat busses).
