Be Aware…

(Before you read and judge I want to inform you that some of the stuff that I did after January was all me and it was very stupid, it was mostly my fault but also very much Tyler's fault, I have a condition which makes me handicap and Tyler knew about it Very much and he took advantage of that and my money.. Now before you make assumptions please know that not only did he do this to me but he also to my close friend which her son is handicap as well. Tyler is not a nice person he acts like it but when your around him he's not, he hides behind his Christian Faith and dose wrong behind closed doors, I myself am Christian and what he's doing is not Christian what so ever, the word is getting out one way or another and karma works in mysterious ways, )

In 2015 I was on kijiji looking for a personal trainer when I came across Tyler Frederick's advertisement, His advertisement looked professional and sounded very convincing, I then contacted him through kijiji and told him who I was and I was intrusted in his services. Tyler then contacted me through messages and then he proceeded and sent my mother an email to fill out and bring to the consultation on October 6, 2015. We received an invoice for what we paid, We originally paid $200 for 10 sessions when we first met at the consultation but then me and my mother decided for 2 months unlimited and gave Tyler another $300, Tyler started to make excuses for me and him not to train together, In the month of October the days he didn't show up or made an excuse are 3, 9, 18, 20, 21. On October 20th I went to the gym like any other day to meet Tyler, I texted him to let him know I was going to the gym he didn't respond I thought he was in traffic so I did my warm up, After my warm up I sat at the tables and proceeded to text him again and he still didn't reply back. I then contacted my mother and explained the situation to her and told her that Tyler had bailed on me and didn't show up or responded to me at all that day. That evening my mother emailed him stating his contract states that every trainer needs to let you know 24 hours in advanced if they are cancelling. After the email Tyler then texted me saying he was sorry and that we would train the next day, Tyler then missed two more days but failed to keep his promise, we trained 2 days after that. November was decent we trained for weeks 5 to 6 days but the last week is where he started to ease off again. He did not send me my meal plan for days making me starve and binge eat on what I had left in my fridge, My mother told me to keep asking him over and over for the meal plan until he finally did respond and he given it to me personally. I had mention to Tyler back in November that my old trainer did 6 months with me and I asked him how much it would cost for 6 months. So Tyler then thought of a plan and came up with this deal which was $600 for 6 months but he told me to confirm with my mother about this deal so I did. My mother and I came to an agreement but it would be under her terms and under a new contract. My mother and Tyler met up at the gym on Nov, 25, 2015 My mother told him that she agreed with the deal but it had to be under her terms which was $100 for 6 months, He agreed and singed the contract as did I and we started the next day fresh. (He would later break this contact towards the end of January) I got a invoice stating I paid $100 in cash the next day which he stated in the invoice I was good for 30 days in January. (That was my last invoice from Tyler me nor my mother did not receive anymore invoices from Tyler which I did always remind him!) The month of December was good he kept up with my mother stating I was doing well in training, we trained till Christmas and then Tyler took a week off for Christmas and we resumed back on January 4th. January went well we trained for 5 to 6 days a week, there was no problem with Tyler only 3 excuses towards the end. Around February Tyler started to make more excuses to not come to the gym and train he kept breaking his rules as a trainer, we only got in 13 days that month but the rest where excuse and complaining. (Towards the end of February I stared to get annoyed of Tyler because he broke the first 2 contracts and so I was stupid and wanted more training sessions with him so because he was my so called friend that I thought of a deal that me and him would agree to. Me and Tyler agreed to $1500 for 17 months but I did not give him the contract till April to sign, it was my fault that I forgot to give it to him in the first place but I did and he said he would take it home and sign it, which he told me he did. But I did give him the money in advance and he told me that he would do a invoice but never did.) Around March there were more excuses and complaints from Tyler and I was losing my trust in him and was rethinking the contact. April was on and off with Tyler we barley had a session in that month we only got 2 days in and the rest was me, May was all me we only got 1 day in but the rest was all me, Tyler made excuse after excuse that he was either sick or tired or at his girlfriends he did not give me 24 hour notice like he's supposed to, he took advantage of me and my money and he knew that. Tyler's girlfriend did make him end his training because of all the clients he screwed over but Tyler is still training and accepting clients on the side and taking their money and running off. Please be advised about Tyler Fredrick and his so called business.

PS- just a warning, if he says his grandma is dead she's not she's very much still alive because i still talk to her form time to time as im close to her. Do not believe anything he tells you because he will manipulate and deceive you.

Tyler Frederick FITNESS SCAM.

I hired Tyler Frederick services for one month unlimited of gym sessions, I paid $500. He showed up to the first 2 sessions after that, he had excuses, no show ups, last minute cancellations. Agreed on a refund (I have email, text messages, phone call recording PROOF) agreed to paid on April 1st, then promised to refund on the 15th. He hasn't refunded, blocked my phone number.
Unfortunately, after this bad experience I looked up his name and find out that I'm not the only one that he has taken money from.

I paid him for a boot camp that was cancelled. He agreed to let me use he money towards personal training sessions. We had 3 of 5 sessions and then he kept cancelling and refused to refund me. Was only a refund of $50 but was still my money. Such a scammer. He clearly picks and chooses who he rips off. There's numerous people on here who have had the same thing happen.

Saw a post on Facebook with a link to this page regarding Tyler's training. Couldn't believe that this has happened to other people! Six months ago I met with Tyler to set up some training sessions. He seemed cool and very helpful. After I paid him he filled out a form with me agreeing on the amount of money, and then amount of training sessions. He said he would email me a copy, never did. Two days later we meet for my first session and he never showed up. Checked my phone, he wanted to reschedule. I did, and he missed again. I tried calling him, and it goes to voicemail. $500 out the window. I tried contacting him a few more times never heard anything back. Had no idea he was doing this to other people. As for the comments from people saying that the posts are fake, they aren't. When you post something with this website you can choose to set up a profile (email, name, contact info etc, ) or review anonymously. After wasting this much time on this ### no one wants to sign up. Do not trust this guy! Will be sharing the post I saw on Facebook. !

Tyler is a complete scam. I wish I would of seen these reviews before I paid him. Talked to him on Kijiji and met him in person giving him $300 for one month of sessions. He sent me my meal plan, never showed u to the gym on Monday said he was sick. Talked to him today (Tuesday) and he asked me if we could meet hours after our scheduled app. I said no I had plans. He then said okay, see you at one. Once again he didn't show up. I contacted him and he apologized and said he didn't want to train at my gym. I told him to refund me my money as I am tired of wasting my time, and he said he would but later that month. After saying no and threatening to call police, he apologized and said how sorry he was for being so shady, that he would meet me 100% at 5:30. (How awful to have to train with him after all this, but okay). Show up at 5:30 hes not there. Called him, he says he is at dinner with his parents and doesn't wanna deal with me. He is now avoiding me, not giving me my money back, and clearly isn't training me. Not to mention the numerous texts that were flirty, inappropriate (asking me to come over and cuddle with him, hang out, calling me attractive etc). This guy is a total scam. Can't even believe this. If anyone at all wants to contact me, please do. I would like to get something done about this.

I don't have even have one good thing to say about this guy and his Business. About a month ago i purchased a 10 session pass for $200.00. He said I could use the sessions whenever i wanted and he could reimburse me if i didn't use the sessions etc. I had some personal stuff end up happening and i didn't get around to using any of the sessions. I contacted him stating i wanted my refund and my money back. He agreed, and after a few times cancelling on me and giving excuses to why he couldn't meet up he still never paid me back. He kept saying every day i would get the funds and every day i asked there was yet another excuse to why he count pay me. He acts like he's a good "christian" boy, but he's a thief and a liar! DO NOT use Tyler as your personal trainer as you may get scammed and used like i did!
