SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / unauthorised debit from credit card

My credit card has been billed for the subscription renewal of twoo (mail id. - [protected] )
I have neither subscribed to this or authorised payment for this app.
Please immediately refund the entire amount being deducted every week since Nov 2016. I have not even used this app / subscription. Why am I being charged. Please refund immediately amount deducted every week since Nov 2016.
