Twoo.com twoo uses my name and photos without my permission!

Hello,

On Twoo.com is an account that is using my old photos, name, email, and my other details without my permission. It's very alarming!
I found out from a friend, a few months ago, that I have an account there.
I never signed up for this account! I sent many emails asking them to delete it for me, but without any results.
I've had an account previously on a social network called Netlog, but I got bored and I deleted it, a few years ago.
Unfortunately and illegally, this dating site - TWOO.com - took all my pictures and information from the account I had on Netlog.

I would like to delete/to be deleted as soon as possible any NETLOG/TWOO account(s) associated with my name (Luminita Coralia Baia) and my email ([protected]@yahoo.com).

I had a Netlog account, I deleted long time ago, but it is still visible in the Google Search results. Netlog.com merged with Twoo.com - which forged a FAKE DATING SITE ACCOUNT. I can't delete it because I can't log in to. Netlog.com / Twoo.com should be investigated that they are using stolen data and photographs to set up fake profiles and lure in customers. Please remove this account - en.netlog.com/lumibaia & ro.netlog.com/lumibaia as soon as possible. Best wishes, Luminita Baia.

I had a Netlog profile, I have deleted long time ago, but it is still visible in the Google Search results. I never sign up for Twoo.com. Twoo.com debitos depois do meu cancelamento.

Fez ja algum tempo, ainda no ano passado, que pedi o encerramento da minha comta no TWOO. Desde então, ( não vos sei dizer a data) nunca mais usei este site.
Também, correctamente, nunca mais recebi mensagem no meu endereço de mail sobre o vosso site.
Verifiquei também, na altura, que foi anulada a ordem de pagamento.

MAS:
Qual o meu espanto que ao verificar a conta corrente do meu cartão de crédito, hoje dia 9/07/2017, vejo que voces, indevidamente, estão a retirar valores desde Fevereiro de 2017 para pagamentos dos vossos serviços sem qualquer ordem minha.
Continuo a não usar e a não receber qualquer mensagem do vosso site.
Agradeço que seja JÁ ANULADO e reposto na minha conta o valor total de 137.95 €, cobrado indevidamente.
Agradeço desde já a vossa atenção para este assunto, estou ao vosso dispor.

Twoo.com deduction from credit card

Hi

Again AED 48 has been deducted from credit card this morning!

I submit a complain on 28/06/2017 and asking for a refund of Twoo premimum and next day I got reply from Alexandra that she is arranging for refund. The refund not yet reflected in my credit and other hand twoo again deducted from my credit card.

Please please please arrange to refund this amount as well to my credit card.

Twoo.com regarding auto deduction of money from my account

Hi Team,

I really don't understand how the hell one can deduct my balance from my account without my notice. I want it to be refunded to my account and I don't want it to be repeated.

If I don't get proper reply and my whole amount back I will put a case against you. As my uncle is a renowned lawyer it won't be so difficult for me.

Twoo.com refund of wrong charges

I m premium member in twoo.com
One hour back, I was surfing / viewing the twoo site when it offered for daily discover 100 times subscription showing charges for 100 credits.
I thought it is for one time charges so I opted for it.
But now I am charged for 12 months subscrioption. It did not ask for my credit card details as they already have stored. (There is no option to check where or which credit card details they have).
I contacted them and they are refusing to refund.
I request to cancel this daily discover subscription and refund the charges immediately.

Twoo.com auto renewal of vip feature

Yesterday money got debited from my credit card. I had changed my card to block the payment, I added a different card to enable my payment for cloud space but the charges for Twoo vip also got debited. I don't use this feature and would also like my auto renewal for premium to be switched off. The debit for the vip feature should be reverted. I have asked my credit card people to stop this payment as unauthorized.

Twoo.com unable to delete old account

Hi,

I do not want this account as I am beginning to look for a new job and I did a search of my name (Adrian Jubb) and where I live (Sheffield). I found I have some of my information on this website from many years ago. I do not have access to this account and so unable to delete it. Please delete this account so that I can have some privacy.

Twoo.com money deducted from my account without my permission and knowledge

I got a msg stating that rs 1415.41 was deducted from my account today and also rs 269.. i did not do any transaction and today is the first time that i heard the name of twoo.com. transaction number is [protected]. Please refund my money as i am in need of it. Money was deducted without my permission and i also do not have any id in this website. I did not use my debit card for any transaction.

Hi there. Good day, There is an account thats using my old photos, name, my birthdate and all of my other details without my permission. It's very alarming and scary. I am having a similar problem. Personal information such as my name, date of birth, location, etc are on a false account. I need for this account to be deleted as I am looking for jobs and this pops up in Google and it is giving away certain private information that I do not know how it was found and put in this website. It is a very scary situation in which I am requesting for this account to be deleted/removed.

Yesterday, i searched my name in google and I saw an account that has my pictures in it when I was young, never in my life that i registered in twoo.com before. and this is very alarming. i hope that this will be deleted/fixed as soon as possible.

Twoo.com unauthorized credit card charges

You have used my creditcard and charged my bankaccount for something I never ordered:
30-05-2017 visa køb usd 19, 99 zorpia.com causewa den 24.05 30-05-2017 -134, 88 kr.

I do not know what it is, but please pay back my money at once.
I never buy anything from abroad and I think this must be something for the police. I have no order, documents or anything else - concerning this issue

I am complaining about a Twoo/Netlog (part of the same company I believe) page that is a fake, and is using images of me as a child (under 16 at the time). I have come across this page this week and I wanted to report this page but whenever I try to use the 'Report Abuse' feature it doesn't come up with a security code which then stops me from reporting this page. I believe the page has actually been around for some time (states 2007) but I haven't set this page up myself as in 2007 I would have been under 16 years old!

I believe the page is referring to me in a sexual way, and is using pictures of me from when I was under 16 years old which is inappropriate.

The appropriate resolution would be for this page to be deleted.

Twoo.com taking money without any permission

I purchased the premium last month and it was finished this month.
It was alright for a few days after expiry of the premium.
However, I did not want to subscribe automatically but suddenly, my money was taken by Twoo on 14 May 17 without any permission.

I do not know the reason so I tried to figure it out what is going on.
I tried to contact with them but no customer service, no answer and It is not possible delete my account as well.

I do not use it anymore because I did get any result from using it
I want to refund and delete my account please.

Hy there. There is an account uși g my personal Informations, as my name, my birthdate and all of those, without my permission. I want that account to be erased! What can i do? The account is named ionutza_dulce. Help me please, or i will form a complain with an attourney to the Romanian police. I don't know how to rezolve this problem! Please help me!

I tried to activate my twoo premium for 3 months ..960 rupees is the charge
But it deducted 2800...
And again I tried to check one more time it's deducted 960 from my credit card
I didn't even entered my OTP
How to get refunded
And how to remove this auto activation

Twoo.com payment deduction without authorization

My name is louis simelane from south africa.
Please assist, on the 19/04/2017 I have activated my subscription for r144.99 using my credit card but r429.99 was also deducted (ref twoo ghent be). today is the 25/04/2017 r144.99 + r429.99 has been debited from my credit card again (ref twoo ghent bebe). no email has been sent to my attention when debiting for the second time. please I request a refund back to my account as I didn't authorize the deduction. my card number [protected] and my email address is louis. Please note that another amount of R429.99 has been deducted today ref Twoo Ghent . I really don't like what is happening to my account . How is that the first amount was not refunded and now another amount has been deducted. This is not professional, to go to a client account and deduct amount without his/her concerned. I don't trust TWOO.COM anymore. Please can I have my money reflexing to my account within 7 days.

Please see attachment, I have liaised with my bank and the advise that you debited twice and you will see that there's transaction on the 19/04/2017 and the 25/04/17. They advise that if you send an email that confirm its duplicate, then will reverse the amount

I really don't understand the explanation, I only activated Twoo Premium and as per your desktop it advise that for 3months is 144.99. So please can I have an explanation of R429.99 . So why it has been deducted again ? same amount 144.99 + 429.99. As per my previous complain, I advise that the glitch was that on the 19/04/2017 an amount of 144.99+429.99 was deducted and also on the 25/04.2017 amount 144.99+429.99 has been deducted again. I'd never requested activation of subscription again.

I get a massage from a woman whose name is rose she won a prize from the zorpia office that i get the must beautiful profile picture in the 2017an i won 1.500.00, 00 dollar and they gave me an email address were i should them an is [protected]@yahoo.Com -----an he ask me to send them 190dollar so that the money will br delver to am asking whether is true or false

Twoo.com my account being blocked for a second time

For some unknown reason my account has been blocked for a second time running now and I'm not very happy with your reasoning so therefore if something isn't done about this matter I will be taking this matter into my own hands by giving the app a very bad reputation on iTunes or taking you to the consumer complaints authorities end of so I would like a reasonable explanation as to why this has happened when I'm a paying member or even ceise my membership

Twoo.com automatic subscription renewal

Team, Yesterday my Two subscription got over and it automatically renewed my subscription without my approval. I have not received any mails regarding my subscription is getting over. 960 Rs deducted from my account all of a sudden. I have mailed twoo regarding this and there is no response till now. I was not planning to renew the subscription. Please do the needful and initiate the refund. And do change the auto subscription feature of yours. I saw a similar complaint raised in 2013. If you hve still not taken any action then its nothing else than a clear loot.
