This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I gave TSL $1, 350 for pre-set Medicare and turning 65 appoinments.

Of my first 3 leads, 2 were NOT home and did not return my phone calls. The 3rd lead was for an address that DID NOT even exist and when I called the name on the lead the person was DECEASED. Of the next half-dozen leads, NOT ONE PERSON actually agreed to an appointment and most said they were "pressured and lied to" to. Additionally, they use foreign callers so seniors can't even understand what they're saying.

When I called TSL to complain, I was told I could not get my money back and that the bad leads could only be replaced by more bad leads. Jennifer (who seems to do everything) will not let you talk to any supervisors/owners and is very rude. This company is a complete scam. I'm writing in hopes that other good agents don't lose $1, 350 to this sham company.
