We had taken a tour package to Singapore and Malaysia from 31st May 2018 to 4th June 2018.TFF001BR4V7

1.Our trip started with a Nightmare experience of changing our stay after so many calls and literally fighting on phone we were given stay at the same place. what i can't understand is how can they change and back again within 6 hrs
2. After reaching we understood they have tied up with local tour agency and everytime we had to call them for our taxi and to understand our next prog
3.At universal kingdom we werr given with entry ticket in which every ride we had to wait for 2hrs and couldn't even half of them we understood there's express ticket anf atleast could have been told to us
4. Next day to jurong bird park we were sent for a tram ride and no time to see any birds, leaving our afternoon itenerary empty to drop back to hotel. we opted to stay back at jurong and then left to three places at Singapore city to be seen in 3 hrs...5 to 8pm which needs atleast one full day. The could forest, flower dome, gardens by the bay, marina bay...finally we could see only marina bay and flower dome
5.At sentosa it was even more pathetic we were given tickets to few rides only and did not see the butterfly park, madam tassauds,
6.we also missed the famous aquarium, marina sands, etc which are main attractions of singapore
7. WE RECEIVED our itenarry for malaysia only just before day
8. Then to malaysia travel by bus was even more ridiculous by starting the trip by 10am and reached Malaysia by 4.20 to wait for the taxi at busstop for one hour .Horrible, unclean hotel Arenaa star. No attractions were planned at malaysia. even at petronas we were not given entry tickets left to take photos from outside. After visiting batu caves second we had to hire our own taxis for shopping in city

please someone help us to take action on trip factory
