customer service phone number
I am trying to contact you to get the order number of a bathing suit I purchased for my daughter. I no longer have the original email with the order number. (I purchased the same suit in two different sizes and two diff orders. I need to return the XS suit. )
I cannot find a customer service phone number and I cannot find anywhere on your website where I can do the live chat. This is very disappointing. I have sent an email and have not had a response.

Extremely disappointed customer
I bought two swimsuits from Triangl and can't say anything bad about their quality, items looked good, but unfortunately did not fit. I was very disappointed.
I contacted Triangl and told them about my problem and they said that there was nothing they could do! I never expected that! I was hoping to get help and assistance but they did not even give me a chance. Triangl has no proper customer service, when I tried to protect my customer rights they replied rudely and were sarcastic.
I wasn't able to get a refund or a replacement and had to keep the suits.
I do not recommend Triangl to anyone.
Bikini
I have purchased a bikini from this site and 5 days after I made my order I was contacted by someone from Triangl and told that my order was cancelled.
Their rep said that there was an error on their site and because of that many out of stock items were showed as in stock.
They said that I can pick another item but I refused and decided that it was better to ask for a refund. Their rep said that was not a problem and also said that it will take approximately 7 days to transfer money from one bank to another.
More than two months already passed and still no refund. And Triangl just stopped replying! I only want to warn others about this site, it is not to be trusted, better stay away!
return shipping cost are too expensive
This was my worst online shopping experience ever! They claim they are located in USA and Australia, but all the things come from China and quality of the products is way off! When you decide to sent the stuff back they immediately agree but you will have to pay the return shipping and taxes and customs and in the end you are going to pay the double price for everything. These fees will stop you from returning and you'll be stuck with the junk they sold you. The site also does not work properly, especially if you are using a mobile phone. I ordered some merchandise from them and decided to keep the junk, because there was no point in sending it back. Don't use Triangl!
problems with sizes and they don't change bikini
I ordered bikini from the company www.triangl.me. I spoke with online chat agent before I placed the order. I needed precise size of the cup. The agent told me and I choose the appropriate for me size. I got the order yesterday, but the bra was small for me. I checked the label and noticed that the size was wrong. I checked in my confirmation email, and there was completely different size. The agent told me that they wouldn’t change the bikini. Don’t order from them!
I got fake tracking number and they didn't reply
I ordered swimwear from the website www.triangl.me. I got confirmation info and tracking number, but after 2 weeks when I checked the tracking number, it turned out that it was fake. Scam. I tried to contact the seller, but all my emails were returned back, ‘coz such email address didn’t exist at all. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
