TopBuy.com.au / Product not received.
I have made a purchase for a camera lens which costed me $750 AUD. To be fair, I have made the purchase on 11/12/10. However, it states on the website that I will receive the product within 2-7 working days. I am getting very anxious recently reading reviews of the company being a fraud. I have not receive my item and to this day no update to the status of my item. I have tried contacting them on the number displayed on the website: [protected], however it never gets through. No dialling tone. Constantly says :user busy". I also sent an email to customer service and have not receive a reply since then although it has been stated that replies will take a maximum of 24 hours. I am worried. How do I get a refund if I do not receive my item? It has been charged on my credit card through Pay-Pal.
