I just made a new tinder account join tinder gold and the next day it was banned. I guess iam not the only one here lol sent them an email for I wish they will make a refund. If its the facebook been use or the number been use, those old accounts where been banned too. I never recieved an emails and such. All I want is the refund of all those accounts and send them back to me my subscirptions. And pls banned tinder from operating.

Hello, I got to know from one of my friend that on one fake tinder profile (Praachi, 28) there are pics of my wife. He emailed me the screenshot of this Id, so need your help to block this Id (Praachi, 28). Anyhow i am going to put a complaint on Cyber Crime / Police but need to see if you can block this profile / Id as they are using my wife pics.

Hello, I signed up for tinder for a 1 month promotion last August, (2017)
I then called to cancel two weeks later, got almost all the way through the process and was disconnected.

I figured the rep had everything they needed and had confirmation from me to cancel acct.

I then deleted the app off my phone.

I have had a busy few months with moving across the globe twice, and recently found 9 months of charges of 33.99

I just got off the phone to have the acct cancelled, (for the second time) and was asking to be issued a refund for the false charges. It seemed simple enough, I had called already to cancel, the app hasn't been on my phone so there would be no activity.

Unfortunately the rep over the phone said there was indeed activity as recent as april, she refused to provide any info about the data, leaving me to be expected to take her word. This is obviously fraudulent activity. And the rep gave me no other recourse

Since September I've been charged $33.99 8 times totaling $271.92 for a service I do not use or have access to.
I have not logged in, downloaded, or interfaced with this app since september.

I am requesting a refund for the 8 months of non-service

Id was never created by me, account name used on tinder swarnika bhargav age 21 it is been used by the user in ghaziabad (U.P) India. it is ridiculous to see my fake account on your site one of my friend told me about this fake account. I don't even use tinder and somebody has used my photos from my Instagram aaccount . Kindly please block this account, if possible please give me details of that fake account user. Yall really just need to make it so you have to say yes twice when starting a boost. im sure im not the only one but ive accidentally wasted mine like 3 times. But if after i accidentally press it there was a box that said "are you sure you want to use your boost" maybe like a toggle in settings if ppl dont like being asked.. but it really is a necessary precaution

It is highly ridiculous to see your fake id on any app... Somebody has used my profile pictures from facebook and updated them on tinder.. This is pure attack on my image... I have now unmasked at least 3 fake accounts among men listed in Norway and Sweden.

1) I wasted 2 weeks, May 28, 2018 to June 12, 2018, talking to a so-called Ian MARTIN (58 years old) from Oslo, Norway who claimed having dual nationality, Norwegian and US, and being interested in a serious relationship and marriage, saying he was a widower these past 3 years and claiming to work for a company servicing the US Army in Pakistan these past 6 months. He said he could not be reached by phone or SKYPE unless I pay 440$ to the army's administration.

2) On June 5, 2018 I matched with a certain James (46 years old), claiming to be a US soldier currently posted in Aleppo, Syria. He refused to give me any sort of identifying information, such as his regiment, ID, etc. He only gave me these details :

3) Another match was Bryan from Sweden onJune 02, 2018, who asked to me to chat with him on Hangouts. He previously told me he had just left Sweden to work on the construction of a building in Qatar. I am sure he is not who he pretends to be, but just another scam artist. On Hangouts he appears as a Bryan Watson.

Because of these incidents, I am now really uncomfortable using your service.
It's just scandalous having been made a mockery of by these internet thugs. It has been really taxing and depressing emotionally, to have been shamefully taken advantage of by these scammers, as I have been very open and honest in our exchanges, sending out many of my own photos with family and friends, believing their lies, because I was really convinced that I had finally found someone suitable.

What I ask of you is to find out and pursue who is behind these scams using other people's photos, and who are the actual men in the photos, because they are probably victims, too.

Hello Tinder! I would like to complain about one person who is using my photos on your site! I don't want someone else to use my photos without my knowing and it is personal! I want to stop it and I hope I will get help from you! That person I guess don't feel ashamed to use my photos! Please help me to close her account! I have been unfairly blocked from this app by virtue of calling out a Rude, Judemental and Racist woman for being the person who she is. I think that it is important to contextualise actions before they are carried out and to me this is quite surprising and honeslty a bit of a joke.
Im not sure that any form of review was carried out. The person has obviouslt flagged me for being 'Mean' to her but that should NOT mean that the scenario should not be reviewed. Please find attached a screenshot i happened to take of the last words said to the person.

Please assist, I paid for tinder gold and my account is being blocked, I opened 3 different accounts and my photos are very decent. (Fully clothed) What am i doing wrong?
I Had a picture of my torso in first profile and removed it. I feel tinder should contact me to explain what i am doing wrong first and afford me the opportunity to act according to their rules if i am not. I have the right to enjoy a service i pay for or at least get a refund

Everytime I try to log in it shows error code, why the hell? Just because I reported several harassing men out there? I will spread this all over social media and your [censored] needs to end! Hello, I have recently made a purchase and subscribed to the wrong one! I really need to get this money refunded ASAP. I also think that you need to make it more clear that a monthly subscription actually comes out in one payment and not monthly like it appears on the site.
I've tried to make contact through various routes and getting no reply.
Also I think you need to have a good clear out from time to time to try and find out who's genuine or not!

While using tinder I've gotten continuously harassing messages from men. Unblock and unmatch. But to top it off I get on to log in, get my code texted to me, log in. Hi. I would like to report a man, who I have since come to believe to be a fake. He has created apparently numerous tinder profiles (as well as facebook accounts), and is only on tinder to prey on women for his own pleasure. He is not on tinder for dating or any relationship, and I do believe him to be a hazard to society. He goes by the name, nick 42 and currently had 3 profiles.
He promised me that he had a job, home, car, etc. He was going to visit me, and meet, and thank goodness it never got that far! I was contacted by his then girlfriend of 2.5 years, and we managed to figure out what he was up to.
He since has none of the above, and sleeps either in his car, or a hostel, or with women that he preys on to get favors from. He also doesn't have 2 cents of money to rub together. It's disgusting and it has to be stopped. There are continuous lies, one after the other. He will block you, and then tell you when he is online that he had problems with his phone. He will also become quite sexual and tell you how gorgeous and sexy you are... And all those nice things a lady wants to hear and believe. Trust me - he is fake ladies!
One women he beat up and has since got a warrant out for his arrest. He should not be allowed to have access to the site to do more potential damage to other women. For further information, I would like to be emailed back, and I can then share his full name. As you can see in the images below, they are all the same person. How do we stop people like this from doing further damage to poor innocent girls, who if are gullible, will fall for these tricks and be subjected to who knows what!? Please help me to remove the profiles below and get this man stopped!

I have a tinder gold account. I am a regular customer. My boosts only go up to 6x! My friend keeps getting it to 8.5x and therefore, more matches! And neither are my boosts successful! I am really put off because of this now. I'll uninstall and coax others for it as well if the service has gone down!
I have been a loyal customer of Tinder and in fact pursuaded so many to join it! I did not expect this.

When i woke up i opened my tinder app, then i was met with the homepage so i tried to log in with my phone number. After succesfully inserting the code i was met with a page that have only 2 option, to log in with facebook or to make a new account. I never connected my account with facebook so i tried to reset password with my email. And it says that "there are no account with this email." is my account deleted/banned? Why? I used it in a normal way and i'm not

I can basically copy someone else's complaint literally, and i shall:
"I have been banned from tinder with absolutely no explanation bar that I have violated the terms and conditions and then refers me to them.
I have absolutely not done anything of the sort. Tinder are refusing to tell me what I have done. I find it really unfair as I have never been offensive or rude of any sort. I would really like an explanation. Also I think my account should be reinstated as I haven't done anything. Please can you let me know if anything can be done."

And would like to add that i have 11 months to go on a gold subscription, contact with the helpdesk is highly disappointing;

so "you are banned" is as detailed as it gets ?
