I would like to complain with regards to the service I have received. I am truly appalled at your insurance service delivery and would never recommend telkom to anyone.
I took out insurance with telkom and when my screen got damaged I was charged an access fee of over a thousand rand. This was ridiculous and made the insurance quite pointless.
Secondly, I gave in my phone july and you never deactivated my insurance. I was continually charged insurance while you had my phone. 
Thirdly, I went to the telkom store and was informed I can only cancel the insurance by calling the telkom insurance line. 
I hope you will rectify the above mentioned issues as I am definitely considering taking the matter further.

I wanted to start a part time trading cars as I always loved auctions growing up, I contacted think insurance and they were really helpful giving me a policy all was great until I paid the premium for the year, a week later they asked for my proof of no claims for the last 5 years, I sent them in but they refused all 5 and only accepted 3 because the dates were not perfect and demanded another £320 it was either pay that or loose £900 for 2 weeks insurance, So I paid and asked them to release the certificate now they state they need least 3 proof of trading invoices within 10 days, failing this I will loose my policy or be made to pay more money so I have 10 days to buy and sell least 3 cars! Why am I under so much pressure when I stated that i would be a part time trader and probably not make as much as the premium I've paid for the year in profit, if I wasn't a trader then why would I pay nearly £2000 for insurance really! I've 15 years driving with no claims so wouldn't it be cheaper just to get insurance elsewhere if I wasn't a trader. It's like they take your money and look for every excuse to get out of it and keep your money! Please avoid if your new to trading don't be sucked in by these I'm sure this won't be the end of it for me but thought I'd share my current experience. This outfit are really bad.I took out a policy with them in March 2016, during the telephone application, they clearly asked me if I had any previous claims against me which I answered no to.Three or four days in to the policy, I receive a letter asking for twenty five pounds as an addition to the premium for a non-disclosed non fault claim.
I phoned them up to complain and got no joy what so ever, they said that I would have been asked the correct questions at the time of quotation so there was nothing they would do, full stop.
Now the world is not a perfect place and mistakes do happen, however, this outfit are worthy of the multiple complaints registered against them.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHAMBLES AND WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR POLICY MONEY. Seems to be a common complaint about this Company and i wish i had read the reviews prior to paying a policy in full. Provided all documents required then after 30 days they ask for proof of trading, this was never mentioned on uptake and so was provided to keep the policy in place. Policy was then cancelled by them robbing me of almost £600 for 5 weeks of cover. I will be reporting to the FCA as this is unacceptable and clearly the way this Company scams people to make money!
