The Cato Corporationcustomer service

I walked in to the store and I was greeted. As normal. When I asked one o the employees to help me she had her phone out and earphones in her ear. I figured she would take them out but she continued to put the ear phones in her ear. I do not appreciate that at all. I felt ignored. I have worked at a clothing store and we would never let that happen. I asked the lady ringing me up her name and she said she was a manager and that she will tell her that she has to put it away. I have shopped at Cato for years and never had this happen.
