TD Auto Financehaven't received document

I've faxed the same document over to this company a total of three times! Upon reaching out to make sure they've received it, they haven't. I was told by the customer service rep that faxing this document would be a faster way of them receiving it, in most cases indeed but not with this company. I was told by another rep that the fax can sometimes be iffy...so why do you have a fax number? Now their saying mail it!!! If this company didn't want to change my payment date, the rep should have never offered it as being a resolve to the problem I am having! I'll be mailing the document and sending it certified to make Sure someone, somewhere, over the rainbow receives it.
