They keep takin money out of my account and have put me in overdraft please stop I've asked this to be stopped immediately i have taken legal action.

Dey keep takin money outta my account and have put me in overdraft, please stop! I've asked 'em to stop right away, but nothin' happened. I even had to take legal action 'cause of this mess.

My complaint with Rent Value. I went to their website thinking they were a lender, as they lead people to believe. On March 10th, they took *** out of my account. I did not give them permission or any banking information. I have since sent in their cancellation form and asked for a refund. They said they were not going to do a refund because it was a subscription. Well, I did not subscribe to anything with this company. That was my last ***. I live on a fixed income, like so many, and I can't afford to buy or subscribe to anything. All I want is my money back. Rent Value, please leave me alone.

I can't cancel my subscription. They keep charging me $100.00 even though I already canceled. Nobody responds to my phone calls or emails.

This company has been takin money outta my bank account the last few weeks. I dont even rent, I have no idea why they doin this. They takin out $20 a week! They put me in overdraft. Please stop!

I applied thinking it was a loan service, but turns out it's a subscription service. They've been taking $20 from my account and I asked for a refund and cancellation. They took my last $20, which I needed for my kids' milk. They only sent me an email, no cancellation form or anything. They're terrible!

I reached out to Rent Value around October 12th or 13th, 2022, looking for a personal loan. I found them through an online search. Unfortunately, nothing came of it. However, on October 14th, I noticed that they had taken money from my bank account without my permission. When I visited their website, it mentioned a weekly membership fee of *** that would be deducted every Friday for a year. This was a bit confusing, as I wouldn't have agreed to such terms. Thank you for your attention.

I cancelled an application because I was led to believe it was for a credit card. On June 19, I emailed to cancel the application, thinking it was for a credit card company. However, they are still taking money from my account. I checked their website, but there is no login or any kind of acknowledgement from this company. I haven't received any mail or confirmation of their services, and they are not responding to my calls or emails. This is really bad business and their behavior is unacceptable.
