tata incomom / balance detection and outgoing blockage

Dear Sir
I am really fed up with your service of Tata Indicom since due to the following reason i am not satisfied:
1:My balance in detecting since the card was new my balance was 121 INR but your executive is explaining me that u are sending sms but the card was to be in use between 10 pm to 11.30 pm and we had recharge with 95 INR recharge so as to call free to Tata indicom to Tata docomo.
2:Since i had purchased a new card, and i had submitted the relevant documents to your retailer but then my card outgoing was blocked then after i had re-submitted the Documents to your Galary which is situated at byculla then now again my card outgoing is also blocked.
since had submitted my car to ensure your executive that without my calling or sms my balance is detecting but he not able to help me .

Due to this interaction with me i was suppose to go to galary daily i donot have that much of time to give you so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
your quick response is highly obligible.
