Our company received the sign order for the restaurant Elviria Oasis a few months ago. We quoted approx 1600€ and we received a 50% deposit from Donald Beskine. We delivered high quality signs in perfect order and on time. Donald seems unwilling to pay us the remaining 50%, which baffles us as we delivered perfect work on time. We have called him and visited him repeatedly with no success.

If you would like another go at visiting Donald, whom by the way was not very good at paying any of his rent obligations, staff etc. either, he is now in Miami:
Suite 3130 111 N E 1st Street Miami Florida Usa 33132

Have fun!

On 25 January 2011 The Marbella Court issued judgment against Mr Carmelo Salvatore Firetto (aka Mr Carlo Firetto) finding Mr Firetto had failed to pay any rent what so ever on the De Carlo Restaurant and the Marbella Court ordered Mr Firetto to pay the unpaid rent, to pay his 5 months unpaid electric bills, his rental contract of the Restaurant was terminated by The Court, he was ordered by The Court to vacate the Restaurant and he was ordered to pay the costs of the court case. He appealed by claiming the rent should have been lower than had been claimed, but he lost his appeal and the Judge noted that Mr Firetto had not even paid any of the rent at the lower rate he had claimed was due. Mr Firetto issued a criminal complaint in the Marbella Court alleging the rent claimed was higher than it should have been, but he lost the claim and appealed but he lost the appeal. He appealed to the Malaga court but he lost that appeal. Mr Firetto was later convicted in the criminal court of threatening to kill his landlord and driving his car at his landlord.

Typical Beskine behaviour. Go straight to the courts. That is the only legal option open to you.

Obviously you are not aware of all the other scams that Donald Beskine has pulled. By my reckoning you are on place 78th of Creditors that will never get paid.
Beskine has just granted a new lease ( he has found some other naive buyer) Your best bet to get paid is to go to the new owners and demand the money that is owed to you. As the law stands the new owners has taken over the debt. Donald Beskine by law should have informed the new owners that the sign has not been paid for. Unfortunately I know this by personal experience as I owned the restaurant before then called Da Carlo.
Carlo.
